Το ορεινό σπίτι με καταπληκτική θέα είναι μία πλήρως επιπλωμένη πέτρινη μονοκατοικία που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα έως 5 άτομα και βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Συρράκο (απέχει 50χλμ από την πόλη των Ιωαννίνων). Στο ισόγειο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας-σαλονιού, 2 ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια με ένα διπλό και ένα μονό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο και στην σοφίτα από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια και ένα μικρό wc. Μία εξαιρετική επιλογή για να απολαύσετε με ηρεμία τις διακοπές σας!!!

Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
