Playing at the lake or playing a round of golf are activities that can be enjoyed. We are located 2 blocks from Snow College, and 6 miles from the Manti temple.

This was an amazing stay as hosts were always so nice, friendly and helpful. It was so tidy with all amenities as described and an absolutely gorgeous view of mountains on all sides. The were deer in view of windows each morning and had a visit from 3 cows at back fence final day, which was so cool!! We will try to make it back next year when we’re in area again for Rat Fink Reunion as it was dog friendly and an easy commute to Manti.

I wanted to go before, but I was suspicious because it said motel for travelers and I was going with my family. I went alone to visit my son and the truth is, it's a very nice, quiet place, close to everything. Very comfortable beds. He responds super fast. All I recommend is to improve the cleanliness. Despite that, I'll definitely be back. Ephraim is spectacular!

Trevor was great to deal with. Our insurance put us up while our house is getting fixed and would only approve a single month at a time. Trevor was wonderful about working with both me and my (terrible) insurance, we had to extend our stay 7 times due to issues with my insurance. Trevor was very understanding and helpful throughout our entire stay.

We had a lovely stay at Kathy's Barnhouse. It was just one night but we will definitely return. Kathy was welcoming and our arrival went smoothly and our stay was so comfortable. Everything was as advertised and better.

Absolutely loved our stay, 5 stars all the way! The place was spacious, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, making it perfect for our family getaway. It was very family-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, which made our stay so much more relaxing. We especially enjoyed getting to see the horses - such a special treat! We’re honestly sad we didn’t have time to go for a ride! The amenities were fantastic, and everything we needed was provided. The hosts were amazing — super responsive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their guests. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and fun family escape!
