I loved the ability to pick where your room may be when you check in. There is a laundry washer and drier that is super! The rooms used to be apartments so we had a dishwasher and just a lot of room! So clean and the location is very sweet as it's just outside the busy side of Vegas. Easy to find & wonderful service! Absolutely amazing experience! I really appreciated this a lot more than the usual famous hotel of Vegas experience. So, so nice!💯💯

A lovely studio perfect for quiet mornings. The sound proofing was impeccable, could barely hear the music festival going on at the festival grounds across the way. The studio was exactly as described and the bed was oh so comfortable. I was pleasantly surpised when the host reached out before hand to remind me about check in procedures and to check in on my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent three nights at Julia’s place, and it was absolutely wonderful. The room is well-equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, bathtub and shower, a barrier-free shower room, a private washing machine, and a laundry dryer. The location is also excellent, with a sandwich shop, pizza restaurant, liquor store (including groceries), and a bagel shop all within the same area. What impressed me the most was how quiet it was at night. After moving to another place within a mile of Julia’s, I was disturbed by airplane noise all night and needed earplugs to sleep. In contrast, Julia’s place was completely free of airplane noise, providing a peaceful environment. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely choose Julia’s place. Highly recommended!

The 2 bedroom suite was great, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The suite was clean, very roomy and the bed very comfortable. A plus for us was the pool was the perfect temp. We can't wait to book again.

Great clean comfortable apartment just off the strip and connected to the Miracle Mile Shops. Awesome view of the Sphere. Not connected to a casino or gaming floors.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was such a pleasant surprise to have been upgraded to a larger suite with an extra bathroom and bedroom. The rooms and view were fantastic.

The suite exceeded all of our expectations! It appeared to be recently remodeled and was absolutely beautiful. I’m extremely particular about beds, and these were incredibly comfortable. The location was conveniently close to the Strip, making it easy to get around. We needed extra towels during our stay, and the staff was very responsive and helpful. This was a family vacation, and the suite really enhanced our experience—it was spacious and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. My children loved the pool and the game room, which kept them entertained throughout the trip. We’re extremely happy with our stay and would definitely love to return in the future!

I encountered some issues during check-in as the front desk was unable to locate my Airbnb reservation. After waiting for about half an hour and forwarding my reservation confirmation email to the staff, they created a new reservation, allowing me to check in and receive the keys to the suite. Aside from this inconvenience, the suite was exactly as described, with excellent amenities and a comfortable, super-clean environment. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again in the future. I will recommend others to confirm with the resort staff and the host that your reservation is received and acknowledged by the front desk so that upon your arrival, you don’t have to wait, or worse, deny stay because the resort is fully booked and new reservation cannot be created if in case you run into something like I did upon arrival.

Great place to stay when staying for a few days at Vegas, has stores and fast food/ restaurants downstairs to not having to leave the building for any needs, highly recommend

Great unit with perfect view of the strip, Bellagio fountains, and Sphere.

My stay was 4 days, where I was able to do several things and where I stayed is close to everything on foot There are many restaurants, bars and all the hotels that offer their casinos and facilities to visit When I asked Scott, he always responded quickly and correctly Both Scott and the place are highly recommended

Great spot at the MGM Signature which offers a great mix of privacy and the traditional Vegas feel. Close enough to the casino/hotels/food/monorail to get anywhere you need. I would recommend staying here if you don't mind the extra walk to the room. You also get direct access to Top Golf through a separate walk way which makes the walk 2 mins.

I had a great time definitely will book again soon .

We have stayed at Cancun Resort many times and always enjoy are stays here. Although this is our first time booking directly with host, it was definitely pleasant and unit was clean, comfy and just as described. Always a great stay at Cancun Resort.

Theron‘s place was gorgeous! The view is spectacular with a perfect view of the sphere and many other hotels. Beds were comfortable. Blackout blinds were amazing with all the light from the city and sphere. Perfect for two couples. The only thing that needs attention is the couch. It caves in when you sit on it in some spots and is just worn. But that didn’t stop me from giving a five star review! Theron is great at communication and seemed very kind. Location is amazing as a short walk-through the connected mall gets you to the strip. There is no casino in the hotel, which is nice because of the smoke that usually accompanies casinos. Hotel has a small bar and a Starbucks!

This Airbnb was top notch! The host was kind and responsive! The place was super clean and accurately depicted in the pictures. Our room was right next to the pool, which was also very nice and enjoyable. The walk to the Sphere could not have been easier! We loved having a well equipped kitchen to cook late night snacks and breakfast in. The laundry was also an added bonus so we could take home clean laundry! The pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable for what it was. Would highly recommend.
