The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. We already miss it, will dream of our stay and would return any time! Thank you Ramona!!

'Exactly what it says on the tin'. When my family of 3 generations (aged 5 - 95) 6 adults, 2 children arrived we felt that we already knew the property, so accurate were the descriptions and the photographs that Jubed has supplied. Communication since booking (a year in advance) has been excellent, friendly courteous and comprehensive. A wonderful 3 night stay. I would highly recommend this property. Quiet neighbourhood and yet easily accessible to Central London.

We had a quick but lovely stay. The house is super cute and cozy and well located. Karen and her family were very friendly and made us feel at home. We are definitely coming back next year.

We had a wonderful weekend in Eugenie's house. It's quirky decor is marvellous and every time you pass a piece you notice something new. It's location was perfect for us and also was easy access to central London too. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and Lynn was a great host. House was fantastic and in an amazing location. I highly recommend it!

Our short stay here was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and tidy. Slightly smaller than what the pictures show but ain't to bad for a small family or couple. The area was nice and quite. Bed was really comfortable. We do like a TV in our room but didn't mind it so much. Will defo being staying here again and will defo mention this place to others.

For us the Tower was the ultimate family getaway. From Matthew’s initial welcome and history tour, to the eco and tech credentials, to the luxury bathing and kitchen facilities, to the super comfortable bed, to the fun laundry chute, to the ‘chatty’ handbook, to the panoramic living space, to the intoxicating vistas, it could not have been more perfect. The building instils a sense of harmony and ease, not least through being able to commune with nature on the roof terrace at 23m, (weather permitting, the hot tub is a must), but also because it hums with the pride that Matthew, Ali, Daisy and Poppy take in it and the joy of those who are lucky enough to share in it. Thank you from all of us.

We had a wonderful stay at Kitchen Hall cottages - the swimming pool made it very special for our 4 year old!! Wendy and Max were very responsive and we appreciated their recommendation to visit The Rainbow and Dove - the food was delicious! We visited Hatfield Forest National Trust for a big walk too - it was lovely and would recommend this.

Very nice, cosy, and comfortable place near Clapham Junction and Battersea Park. Plenty of walkable locations; the place is quiet despite its location, and it really feels like home. Going to my favourite places to stay in London.

I booked this stay for my husband's 70th birthday with our family. There was 10 in total. The greeting was lovely and David explained everything about his property with passion and warmth. Im not surprised the place has the 'wow' factor for myself and family. The converted narn had beautiful features very pretty but David has introduced some great electric blinds, lighting, modern kitchen but fits with the period property. Fab tennis court, David provided balls and bats for guests to to use. David then took us to the pool area and extra bedroom and we were blown away. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely towels at pool and bedrooms. Plenty of hot water. Pool warm, jacuzzi great. We absolutely loved our time at Davids property. Would defo recommend. Top class.

Great location and good space. Was as advertised. The only negative was that check in time was inflexible as we had flow in from San Francisco and our flight landed early. Not ideal to have jet lag and not have the ability to checkin 1 hour early. Thank goodness we had friends nearby but otherwise that's tough with a small child.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Would recommend. Very funky space! That bed was by far the comfiest my children had slept in in all three countries we have visited haha so comfy after a big day sight seeing. Felt right at home.

This little annex is a beautiful, stylish option for a London break ! We stayed here over a weekend and travelled into central London both days with ease, you can catch a quick bus/Uber to Blackhorse Road and jump straight on the Victoria Line. The house is in a gorgeous, peaceful leafy suburb which also makes such a difference after a busy day in the City. Fleur was amazing and very helpful / responsive. Would 100% recommend.

The view from Ellens apartment is heavenly overlooking a beautiful reservoir. It's spotlessly clean. Not only I would highly recommend this place but I myself will book this place on my next trip to London.

We loved our stay at Wanstead, and the hosts, Soskia and Charlotte were very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is very well equipped and stocked. The extra touches, such as toys, books and colouring, were a welcome as our daughter did not become bored. The location is excellent and is walkable to two underground stations. The high street has plenty of grocery and restaurant choices. It is now one of our favourite places that we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Centrally located to restaurants, but also quiet because it was on a pedestrian-only street. We found it easy to walk the the Tube, Oxford Circus, Soho, and several other neighborhoods. Stephen was responsive to messages after we booked. The place was clean and comfortable. There were snacks and coffee. The place looks just like the photos. It was nice staying in a duplex. Each room was a good size. It was nice having a washer-dryer too. We enjoyed our 4-night stay. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The beds were clean and comfortable, and having Netflix available for guests was a nice touch. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a shower, which was great. However, there was no lock on the bathroom door, and the hot water was a bit difficult to adjust — likely due to a gas heating system. Also, the heat/smoke alarm was quite sensitive and went off easily, even with normal cooking, which could be a bit disruptive. Despite these small issues, the property was cozy, well-located, and had everything we needed. We’d be happy to stay again!

Great apartment, plenty of space for a family or friends. Nice and clean, free parking space and a cosy feel. 10 minute walk to Wood Green tube and Alexandra Palace Station which was great for trips into central London.

I’ve never been so sad to leave an Air BnB! Peaceful, quiet, heaven! Lovely enclosed garden/decking with patches of grass for the dogs, plenty of choice of outdoor furniture! Decking is a little worn and rotted in certain parts but otherwise it was a perfect little spot, we had perfect weather and spent most our time out there. 3 beautiful horses to watch graze from the garden with a cuppa, and a very cute donkey and Shetland behind the house to say hello to! It was honestly amazing - the perfect quiet retreat, the house is on the owners’ land but we were never disturbed but hosts were extremely responsive if we needed anything. Beautiful flowers and lovely fresh sourdough, chocolate and wine left for us which was such a lovely touch! Hosts were so welcoming and friendly, helped us with our bags which was very kind. Rooms were amazing with TVs, great wardrobe space, full working kitchen, stunning bathroom. We literally had everything we could possibly need, I would live there forever!
