Monthly Rentals in Enderamulla

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Mallika’s property listed in the App matched actual results and the Caretaker was extremely polite and likable.

We had a great 3 nights, we had a friendly welcome and they were very helpful If we needed anything it was attended to ASAP which made our stay great A special thank you to Ruwan and his wife for all their help in taking our luggage up to the third floor and back down when it was time for us to leave, which was an extreme help. Amazing Stay in Sri Lanka! We had a fantastic 3-week vacation in Sri Lanka from Australia, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The place was beautiful and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. 1. Security– 24/7 security was provided, and the security guard was exceptional—always available and incredibly helpful. We truly appreciated his presence and support. 2. Accommodation– The home was brand new, clean, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. 3. Overall– Everything else was perfect and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable.
