There's a slow combustion fire for the cooler months (we provide wood ), a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, outdoor eating/deck with Webber BBQ, a dedicated TV room, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry. You'll also find free WIFI, board games, books and table tennis!

Coles and Aldi are just up the road, and the town of Victor is only a 5 min drive, to local cafes and restaurants . Middleton is a 10 min drive as is Horseshoe Bay.

A "Shore Thing" is only 50m from the beautiful Encounter Bay beach, where you can enjoy the walking path or beach. The upstairs deck has views of the ocean, iconic bluff and hills. The house is modern and has a large split system for heating/cooling the upstairs and downstairs lounge and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Large open plan kitchen, living and dining. Fully enclosed back garden, upstairs deck, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 smart TVs and Wi-fi. Please note we don’t supply linen.
