Condo vacation rentals in Emmet County

The Condo was perfect! It had everything we needed for a relaxing, pre-Christmas ski trip - right down the road from both Nubs and Highlands. Took owner's recommendation and went to Teddy Griffins Roadhouse first night - we were not disappointed. Also enjoyed the Enchanted Walk at Highlands - a perfect winter activity. During the day there were lots of trails to walk or snowshoe, the gym and pool within steps, and a fantastic fireplace to keep me cozy while everyone else enjoyed the slopes. Planning a return trip this summer to enjoy all the complex amenities and nearby mountain biking trails. HIGHLY recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodated our group of 10 with ease. Laura was incredibly kind and flexible. She even let us extend our stay for a very small amount, which we really appreciated. The check-in instructions were clear, and everything at the property was just as described. Would definitely recommend this spot to others!

Had a beautiful stay in the condo. It was as advertised. Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. The only downside is that all 3 upstairs bedrooms share 1 bathroom. The other full bath is on lowest level, down 2 flights of steps from the bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The space was perfect for our small family. The location is outstanding - walkable to downtown Harbor Springs and the beaches. It's adjacent to one of the most beautiful neighborhoods, Wequetonsing, where we love walking and biking. The owners were responsive and courteous, provided information for us - and were available to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already planning our next visit. There's truly nothing like a Summer in Northern Michigan!

Sue was great to communicate with and the condo was exactly as described. It’s an incredible location where you can watch boats pass by and walk to everything in town. Would highly recommend.

Awesome place at a super reasonable price. Charlevoix is beautiful with so much to offer within walking distance. Unit could use some minor updating but overall location can’t be beat. Owner was very responsive with questions. I ended up staying an extra day in another unit with water views but honestly this unit was preferable in terms of quietness, because it is in a quieter spot of the building. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect location to explore Petoskey and the surrounding area. The home was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Our family really enjoyed our time!

We loved our stay in Charlevoix!! This apartment made it the best trip ever, we had every amenity we could think of and the location of the Airbnb was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to dinner, walk to the beach and hop around the town with such ease and the opportunity to hop back into our place to enjoy the balcony if we wanted! We loved every second of it and will definitely be back and using this Airbnb if its available!

Nice spot in Charlevoix! Walk downtown and to marina. Comfy bed and huge tub. Fire place is electric.

Outstanding communication and convenient location for us on a ski vacation (~10 mins to Nubs and Highlands). The place was just as pictured in the photos. The brewery across the street had some good burgers too!

Nice spot right in the heart of downtown. Pictures were pretty accurate, and staff communicated well. Shower has handicap accessibility, if that’s something you need. Easy in and out across the board.

We could not have been more pleased by our host and their property. We requested to book the night before our trip and we got a very timely response. The location is perfect and everything nearby is within walking distance from the property. Bonus points for being pet friendly as we were mostly thrilled that we got to bring our Golden Retriever with us. We are excited to come back in the summer!

Stayed here for the Charlevoix Half Marathon, and it was perfect for a group of us. Spacious, clean, convenient to get to, super peaceful and relaxing. We had plenty of space for all of us, and it was a convenient halfway point between downtown Charlevoix and Petoskey, and all the shops/restaurants/cafes between those two places. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot within walking distance of everything. No issues with check-in, place was clean and well kept-up, and surrounding area was very nice. A great stay!

The condo was perfect in every way! It was very clean. The decor was perfect and we loved the gas fireplace too! And the view of the lake was beautiful! We will definitely rent again!

We had a lovely stay at Edgewater Inn! The staff decorated our room for our honeymoon and the room had an amazing view and great location. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Crystal’s property! Super close to all the fun things to do at Trout Creek. The tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, fitness room, sauna, and heated indoor pool and hot tub were all literally a 30 second walk from the condo. The condo itself was clean and cozy. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone!

the view is priceless prefect size for a couple. the building is a bit old, but is in good condition, nothing to worry about 2 minutes walk from the downtown and from the best restaurants in the city.

We rented the condo for a family ski trip and it had a nice layout to keep the kids and adults separated, kitchen had all the necessary utensils, plenty of towels and games for the kids to play. Was located very close to two ski hills so we had options where to ski and easy to get in and out.

Great setup for a family vacation in terms of the layout. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and spices, the living room was cozy and the deck was awesome. It was nice to have multiple levels to space out different groups. You need a car to do anything (even access amenities in the neighborhood) which is fine because but just more difficult with little kids.
