Worth every penny PERIODT. This place was immaculate it was the best Airbnb I think I have ever stayed at since I’ve started using the app for 10 years. Host was super cool and responsive we got a chance to meet Frank at the pool who was super friendly and gave us local recommendations. I look forward to the next stay. Thanks you for making my first time in Dubai an experience I’ll never forget.

I had a wonderful stay at Mesut’s place! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and in a great location. What truly made the experience special was Mesut’s hospitality. Host is kind and responsive. His staff assisted us during check in, and even helped us with our luggage. Place was clean and had a luxurious feel, just like the pictures. The Hermes accessories, dining table set up and light fixtures were delightful! Furniture and appliances were well-maintained. The AC did not disappoint in the stifling June heat. Plenty of hot water. The teas and coffee were a very thoughtful amenity. Excellent location. Awesome view of Burj Khalifa and you can even see the Dubai Frame in the distance. If it wasn’t so hot we could’ve walked to the Dubai mall. Multiple parking spaces available, close to the entrance. So far the best Airbnb unit we’ve stayed in, and we will definitely be back!

Mohammed's apartment was a home away from home.A very pristine and peaceful airbnb we loved the airbnb soo much will definitely book it again. The apartment was very clean and tidy the bathrooms were squeaky clean.The host was very responsive and kind he also provided a welcome gift for us and also helped us alot getting around there is amazing restaurants nearby and a mall. For sure gonna recommend it to others. Thank you mohammed for the amazing stay gonna miss the airbnb.

We loved this place - especially the pool! We have an 10month old baby and it was awesome having a private pool for him to safely splash around in on a float. TIP: Make sure you walk on the Astro turf bit when getting in and out the pool as the white tiles can get a bit slippery. The villa provided a clothes hanger to dry swimsuits which was much appreciated. The kitchen/lounge/dining area is beautiful! Just like the pics. The villa is walkable to cafes and carrefour (6min walk) which is great if you don’t have a car. Washing machine and tumble dryer worked great. TIP: We ordered Careem and Deliveroo a lot. For some reason these APPs struggled to automatically find the villas address and it would put in another random one; so you may have to put in the correct address manually. Maybe this was just our experience but sharing in case any one else experiences something similar. Overall, great stay. Thank you guys - And the private pool was our highlight!

The 9 Palms Villa was a lovely place to stay for the week. The neighborhood was quiet, the villa and outside areas were cozy and welcoming. We had a great stay and would come back again. The host and co host were responsive and very helpful - check in / out were easy.

Stayed here for a week, and felt right at home! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very walkable area, including right to the beach! The staff on duty were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

Very nice apartment on 53rd floor with amazing views to Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Private entrance to Dubai Mall. Great place!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good person and place

Taimur was the best host in my life. Very friendly and helpful. Nicely located apartment next to the canal where you can walk in the evenings. Small restaurants and supermarkets are in short distance. Good gym. Highly recommended.

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Joyce, April, and the owner herself, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!
