It was a beautiful apartment located in a beautiful surrounding and a great community area with walking distance to the beach. Amazing sea views from the balcony. Apartment had all required amenities, was clean and very pleasant. Host is friendly and we had a wonderful experience with the overall stay.

It was a lovely peaceful staycation. Atmosphere was relaxing. Only due to weekend the traffic sound was little unpleasant but by the end of the days security blocked the road for unauthorized access, which made it little more calmer. The host was really nice and responsive

The apartment is conveniently located, just a short walk from the beach, with a golf course right in front, perfect for a walk or a round of golf. It is clean, well-maintained, and offers beautiful views from the balcony. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

The place itself is very spacious. Easy to locate and to self check-in. There was an issue with the WiFi in the beginning but they were quick to send someone to change the router and it was fixed immediately! I really love he area because it's beach view and the sunset is so amazing to look at. A nice place to get away from the city life. 👌

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was well located,clean, and had everything we needed. We even had a lovely fruit bowl.

Anton’s place was super homey and cozy honestly felt like a little getaway spot. It’s modern but still has that warm, comfy vibe that makes you feel right at home. Everything was clean and well put together. Loved the overall feel of the space, would definitely stay again!

The sea, the beach - I've never seen anything like it. Very few people, always swam alone. Sometimes locals come when it's not so hot. But, in any case, it is a huge, enormous beach area for relaxation. Delicious, unusual food: hot cheese pie, falafel, interesting Pakistani and Arabic dishes in local cafes. We cooked for the children ourselves, took groceries, although all the groceries could be bought in the excellent Day to day store, which Hulkar advised us! We recommend all Russians, especially families with children, to stay at Hulkar! Thank you, Hulkar, so much! We wish your children health, and your family - prosperity! Stay healthy and wait for us again!

The apartment is good for the value. There’ are all necessary items. Private beach is 5 min walk. There was one issue which was very fast resolved. For improvement point just small things like kitchen towel would be nice to have and internet in master bedroom was a bit unstable though not a bad thing for a bed room. Apartment management is very quick to reply and ready to help. I would recommend for travelers who seek for quiet corner in Dubai close to the beach.

Great apartment with so much more to offer than a hotel room. Decor and lighting were just as pictured and luxurious - bedding, towels, beach towels, nespresso, iron, hairdryer and toiletries all appreciated too. Swimming pools, private beach, Restaurants and Bars on site make this a great stay. Check-in from main reception, through to parking and getting to the apt was made super easy by great and attentive staff. Communication throughout was responsive and personal making the stay perfect.

My second experience in housing with Waseem, and I can only say a very excellent experience, a high interest in cleanliness and arrangement, I found everything I needed, and my husband and I helped us move to the second apartment, flexible treatment and high response speed, in addition to all the furniture was carefully selected, I highly recommend him and we were fortunate to stay here
