Townhome vacation rentals in Emilia-Romagna

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une petite maison d’un village perché dans les montagnes loin de l’agitation urbaine. Situé à 1h20 de la plage, et 1h environ des grandes villes elle est idéalement située. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, Sarah nous ayant donné des instructions claires pour accéder au logement. Le logement était rustique conformément à la description mais très bien équipé. La miscine bien entretenue et propre nous a permis de nous raffraichir les journées de canicule.

Cristiana ist eine sehr gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich und wohnlich und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus von Cristiana nur empfehlen.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa e non potrei essere più soddisfatto della mia scelta! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. L’host è stato eccezionale! Gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni nostra domanda. All'arrivo ci ha anche lasciato un pensiero di benvenuto per la colazione del giorno successivo, un dettaglio che ho apprezzato molto. Consiglio vivamente questo Airbnb a chiunque cerchi un luogo accogliente, ben collegato con il resto della città e sopratutto gestito da un host disponibile e gentile.

Siamo stati bene e tranquilli in questa casa. Eravamo tre copie e la privacy era abbastanza bene. Si possono fare delle belle passeggiate lunghe. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera al loro ristorante.

Perfect place in the middle of the old borgo. Lovely spacious house on 3 floors. Really nice. Giada was very helpful and respectful.

Casa in contesto medioevale con una vista incantevole sulla valle. Zona super rilassante e fuori da ogni contesto di rumori auto e strade. Arredamento e accessori impeccabili. Ci si sente a casa propria da subito. Host gentile, proattivo sempre e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo.

Très bon accueil ! L’hôte nous a même laissé un kit avec toutes les choses à faire dans la région, très bien détaillé. C’était super pratique pour organiser nos journées. On a vraiment apprécié l’attention ! Je recommande ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Christian was extremely helpful and communicative. He gave us many local recommendations which were amazing! The property was lovely, very clean and very close to the station so we took many day trips. Would recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft! Das Meer ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch Cafés und Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung. Alles sehr sauber mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Rita war gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich :) Vielen Dank

This townhouse is very modern inside with lovely facilities - kitchen, washer dryer, really strong air conditioning, comfortable beds. It's in a quiet part of town and backs to some beautiful green space. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive, and they gave us a map with restaurant suggestions. Overall a great stay!

Casa Clara ha rispettato in pieno le aspettative. Casa accogliente, pulita e funzionale, con il terrazzino che consente di rilassarsi. La zona è molto tranquilla e la casa è molto vicina al centro storico. Giampaolo è un host gentile, accogliente, reattivo e disponibile. Ci accolto in casa dandoci suggerimenti per visitare la zona. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Casa Clara è consigliatissima

Excelente casa!! Amplia, mejor en late alidad que en las fotos, se siente uno en el campo y muy desestresante toda la estadía recomiendo el lugar si estás buscando tranquilidad y armonía.

Nice place with a lot of intimacy in the surroundings of Florenze. Good communication with city center via public transportation. Place is clean, decorated and with good internet connection. Good value for price if visiting the city for 2-3 days. Simone is a great host and flexible when needed. Good choice

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto piacevole e confortevole perché lo spazio è stato sfruttato in modo perfetto con mobilia prevalentement in legno. La cucina è molto bene attrezzata e le pentole sono nuove e abbondanti, cosa rara negli alloggi! Il cortile davanti alla porta d'ingresso non è un granchè, mentre il balcone della camera gode di una belle vista aperta sulle montagne. Roberto è molto disponibile. Abbiamo solo dovuto chiarire un piccolo problema a proposito del costo delle pulizie che non erano indicate nell'annuncio, ma è stato risolto velocemente. Raccomando vivamente quest'alloggio.

Casa nuovissima, offre ogni tipo di comfort e servizio! A 2 minuti in macchina dal mare, veramente una splendida casa in una zona molto tranquilla. Alex ci è venuto incontro con l’orario del check in in quanto avevamo un bimbo piccolo e avevamo bisogno di entrare prima nell’alloggio, non è da tutti! Se si potesse darei 10 stelle! Grazie ancora!

Struttura dotata do ogni comfort, pulita, ordinata, profumata. Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni di lavoro/relax con i nostri 2 cani. Appena fuori dalla villetta il comodo vialetto di accesso al grande parco verde dove passeggiare... Nella villetta si sta veramente bene, spazi ben organizzati, rispecchiano fedelmente le foto. Complimenti...ci torneremo!

Haus von Chiara fand ich sehr gemütlich, ruhige Lage, schöne Terasse. Ich mag die Atmosphäre in dem Haus, man kann es fühlen, wie lieb ist alles angerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht sogar mehr. Kinder haben sich sehr wohl am Dachgeschoss gefühlt. Einzige was für mich persönlich gefehlt hat, gute Internet Empfang 🙈, an sonsten alles lief gut. Umgebung sehr schön 😍. Danke für schöne Aufenthalt.

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X

Die Unterkunft war total schön! Sehr schön eingerichtet und alles wie beschrieben, man hat sich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders die Küche und der Außenbereich mit Pool waren Mega! Lage ist gut wenn man ein Auto hat, Supermarkt und alles gibt es fußläufig. Einzige was noch wichtig wäre, wäre eine Klimaanlage:) Ansonsten alles super, auch Emanuela total nett und hilfsbereit, danke!!!
