Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Emerald Isle

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

Really great location! The beach and theme park area we're an extremely short walk away. The building also had great vending machines, a small arcade, and private showers.

Great place with a lot of privacy and spacious rooms! Loved the area and recommended things to do around the area- sand dollars island was an awesome experience. The place needed a few fixes such as microwave handle that were communicated during our stay but overall would stay again!

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

I was in town in business and my wife and daughters joined me to galavant on the beach for the week. my work was in Beaufort, just a short 15 minute drive "inland". The beach was beautiful, the small pool was great for the kids when they got tired of of the sand and salt. The space was cozy and perfect for us for the week. Overall would do again.

We had such a great stay!!! This house is in an amazing location so close to Wrightsville Beach. The house offers so many comfortable rooms to sleep in and has an amazing backyard with the pool and yard space to have fun and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! We enjoyed how close this condo is to the boardwalk while being far enough to have a quieter stay. Great place for a couple or small family to enjoy with their beach-loving pup.

Staying at this Airbnb felt like a true escape. The location couldn't have been better – being mere steps from the beach was such a treat, allowing for spontaneous walks and the calming sound of the waves. It was wonderful to find such a genuinely dog-friendly place; my pups absolutely loved it, which made the stay even more enjoyable for me. The entire atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and I found the off-season to be a particularly lovely time to visit, with beautiful weather and a sense of peacefulness. The property itself had everything I could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Amy was fantastic – always communicative and helpful, ensuring a smooth and easy stay. While there were plenty of options for things to do in the area, I also appreciated the opportunity to simply unwind and work remotely in such a serene setting. The upper deck was my favorite spot for getting sun many hours of the day. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and this is a favorite!

Beautiful home in a great location! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach. The private beach access and parking is a huge plus. The house was extremely clean, especially for a pet friendly property, and had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pups. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s place. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Having rented quite a few places in the Topsail/Surf City area, my wife and I agreed that this was a top favorite. Will certainly look here for future stays.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight for us was how kid-friendly it was – the high chair and kids utensils and plates were great. The outdoor space was fantastic, providing the perfect spot for relaxing and playing. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better – just a short drive to the beach. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and easy getaway!

We really enjoyed Carissa's place. The canal access, hot tub, hammocks/swings, and pleasant space were fantastic. Cherry Grove is a great part of Myrtle where you can still do fun things and get some peace. Garland

So glad that we got to unplug from everything and really enjoy a weekend in Wilmington! Everything you need was on hand and absolutely perfect. Plenty of coffee to get us motivated, everything was spotless, and we really loved sitting out on the private porch. Highly recommend!!

This was our first time in Atlantic Beach and we all really liked it and would like to come back. We would gladly stay at this property again. It is in a quiet, private location, yet very close to the action. We were very comfortable with the size and furnishings. The owner even arranged a sign and balloons in the kitchen wishing us a happy anniversary. The back decks and yard were great for our dogs. We like things as quiet and uncrowded as possible, so we went to the beach at the New Bern Street public access point. There are restrooms and an outdoor shower. Once you are on the actual beach, you can only see big beach houses and no businesses, hotels or condos. We also enjoyed the aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, and Cape Lookout National Seashore, and highly recommend both. Having a Dollar General right down the street was very convenient, and there is a Food Lion not far down the road. There are also plenty of beach/souvenir shops close by. Many thanks to Aaron for a great stay.

This was our 2nd time staying & simply love it. Very comfortable & you feel like you're at home! We brought our dog with & he was so happy to be with us. There is a lot to do - beach access is easy in & out and sunsets at the pier are breathtaking and the restaurants are awesome. Looking so forward to our next trip back and it can't come soon enough! The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning—truly the kind of view you could stare at for hours. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, sunset watching, and everything in between. Inside, the place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together to make us feel right at home. Emily was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and quick to address any issues that came up. She genuinely cared about our comfort and even went above and beyond to compensate us for a minor inconvenience, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape with top-notch hospitality!

The house was exactly as pictured & Beata was so friendly & easy to communicate with. The house was very clean (by far the most clean pet-friendly home we have stayed in). You would have no idea it was pet friendly if you were traveling without four legged children. We can’t wait to return next year!

This was our second stay at Allison’s place, and we plan on making it a regular destination for our family! The location is wonderful, and the home is extremely clean and comfortable. Allison is kind and responsive, making her an excellent hostess!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kate was very responsive and helpful, the house was exactly as described, great location - exactly what we were hoping for with our family trip. The beds were all incredibly comfortable and the house perfectly accommodated our family of 8. We loved the balconies and beach access. We’ll definitely be booking this house again in the future!

This is such a beautiful space to stay! The views and house make your vacation feel luxurious and relaxing. The main space is open and inviting. The couches are plush and comfy, great for times spent chatting away or watching a movie. (Or a quick nap!) The kitchen is stunning and well stocked. It was easy to make meals together. The pots and pans are fantastic quality, as are the knives. The bathrooms are generally clean, and there’s one for every bedroom. Bedrooms are cozy and the master has an incredible view. There are lots of geese and ducks that come and play in the front canal. The golf cart was easy to access and use. We unfortunately were not able to use the kayaks because how sludgey it was at the kayak launch/neighborhood dock. Definitely check the conditions before pulling out the kayaks! Overall, this is an incredible home and we absolutely loved our time here. Would love to come again!

This is a beautiful immaculately kept house with a great outdoor space and lots to do. We especially loved the game table and the easy walk to the beach. From the golf cart to the bikes, hammock and corn-hole boards, they really thought of everything. Sarah was helpful and responsive.
