The place reached our expectations, was so nice and clean, the reception desk so welcoming and Lynette took us on last minute but her response was so nice and quick. Will be visiting again

A home away from home! We an amazing time, it was the perfect getaway in a great location with beach access which our kids loved. The house was an absolute gem and it was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us which made the experience a definite 10 out of 10!

We enjoyed the estate and access to the Clubhouse and private beach. The unit was clean, modern and had all that we needed. Otherwise great unit and we will be back.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Lorraine and Sarah!!! Lorraine went out of her way to ensure that our stay is very comfortable with her daily check-ins. The house was serviced daily (except on public holiday), which gave us a 5 star treatment. My kids were also very happy with our choice of accommodation. The beach ball was the cherry on top. What a lovely home, rooms are spacious and clean, and the view is just gorgeous! Rachel who works there is so friendly and helpful, nice having her around. The area is very peaceful. You can see the ocean from most of the rooms and living area. The kids also enjoyed the house, garden and swimming pool. Would recommend this holiday home. Thank you!

We had one of the most memorable family holidays in this spectacular home. Perfectly situated within walking distance from the swimming and surfing beach, each room with a magnificent view of the ocean, which can be heard from every room in the house. The home is so tastefully decorated, we even had a Christmas tree light up the lounge at night for us to enjoy whilst away from our own. With every utensil and amenity under the sun, we literally just needed our clothes and some groceries, to perfect our week long stay. Alandra was such an attentive host, meeting us at check-in, taking us through the whole house and even arranging meds from the local pharmacy for me, when I wasn't feeling on top of my game. We will most definitely be regulars in this home when visiting Natal and would recommend it, 100 x over!!

What a gorgeous house. Everything was amazing. This is one of, if not the best property in Salt Rock. We loved every second of it.

This beautiful home right on the beach is heaven. The sound of the ocean and views are incredible. The home is spacious and comfortable with everything you need with lots of personal touches. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

We were looking for a place in Durban for a few days to serve as our base, for a family of 6. Having found and booked Amanda's place a few months before we were looking forward to the holiday. We were not disappointed. The house and service exceeded our expectations! We felt we had discovered a hidden gem in Durban north. The home was immaculate and we felt privileged to be let into a special space that had clearly had lots of care and attention put into it. The security of the home gave us peace of mind and our family enjoyed the piano, swimming pool and tennis court. Amanda and Rumbi (the housekeeper) attended to our every need and made us feel welcome.

This was our best choice yet. We loved everything about the house

Ndu's place was a great stay! Plenty of space (there were 7 of us) and generally well kept house. The cottage sleeping area could use a little love and there were one or two things we had to check with the property manager to get working (eg. wifi) but overall its a place we'd definitely recommend and would book again. There were one or two pleasant surprises, like there being someone to clean each day for half the time we were there and that there was beach equipment we could use. Ndu's property manager was always quick to respond over call if we needed anything. My only note is that it would be helpful if the primary contact person via air bnb was the property manager instead of Ndu as she was a lot easier to reach than Ndu once I got her contact number. What can I say except WOW! Started off the day watching the sun rise over the ocean while enjoys a wonderful cup of tea on the two chairs dedicated to Nono and Maxime. We could then walk down to Thompson Bay beach directly from the garden. When a day in the waves was over, a short walk up the steps to the outdoor shower by the pool for a quick dip then a quick braai on the amazing stainless steel braai by the pool. To end it all, going to sleep with the doors open listening to the waves crashing all night! And in the morning, Elizabeth was there to sort out our messy dishes and Russel washed off all the kids beach toys…. I can’t recommend the place enough and hope to be back next year. Thank you Denise and team, truly amazing trip xx

We were a group of 8 and the house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, clean and tidy and was just a great place to be. Highly recommended
