Newly renovated with all the comforts of home, relax with an espresso coffee in our beautifully decorated apartment with views of the Durban harbor and ships. You are within walking distance to the brand-new Passenger Terminal, multiple restaurants and bars as well as Ushaka Marine World and the beachfront promenade. The apartment kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. There is a fitted oven and electric hob and all basic commodities are supplied for guests. (Fresh ground coffee, tea, home made rusks, milk and sugar). The apartment is also equipped with all utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and extra sundries (serving platters, salad bowls, champagne bucket etc). The main room has a queen bed (2 people) and there is a single sleeper couch (1 person) with bedding (SNooZA) in the lounge (A maximum of 3 people can be accommodated). The SNooZA folds back into a neat ottoman when you don't need it. The apartment includes a private balcony for guests. IMPORTANT: The apartment is self sufficient and has everything you need. If there is anything specific you require please send us an enquiry. Please note that the apartment is not serviced daily. The service charge is for cleaning and servicing the apartment after checkout. If you require housekeeping or cleaning there is an additional housekeeping service available for cleaning, washing and or ironing which you may request as needed. This is an additional cost. Check in and check out times are a guide and are flexible provided the apartment is serviced and ready and can be made available. The apartment is in Durban Point Waterfront, a managed precinct which is fast developing into a trendy, sought-after area. It's close to restaurants, a cool new brewery, coffee shops and bars, and is a short beautiful walk to the beach, brand new Cruise Passenger Terminal, Durban Promenade, and Ushaka Marine World. There is an allocated safe, covered basement parking for the apartment. If you don't have a car you can utilise Uber, but there is also a regular and reliable bus service available daily at the Signal Road pickup point. (see map) The following are also supplied for your convenience: - A digital safe - Picnic basket - Beach towels and beach picnic blanket (beach umbrellas are also available on request) All windows are fitted with security guards and the building has 24 hr security and cctv for your safety If you require any additional request, have a special occasion or need any provision please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you on check in. Important: Out of respect for neighbours; loud music, parties/events and charcoal braais are not permitted. A copy of the Body Corporate rules are available in the guest file.
