Cozy, spacious cottage with a beautiful sunroom porch where guests can enjoy peace and quite. Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.
