7 minutes to skiing and tubing at Peek n Peak or 1 short block to Findley Lake. The boat launch is at the end of the block with a fantastic kayak launch ramp. The cottage is rumored to have been the music room for the old Findley Lake Highschool (main house in front of the cottage). The cottage is directly behind the old school house (where we live). We ski every day in the winter and find it's a super convenient location just down the road from pknpk (6 miles). Town of Mina Permit #17.

Nice camper in a quiet location. 8 easy miles to the Chautauqua institution. 5 miles to Midway park. 2 miles to Chautauqua lake. 20 mins to the national comedy center. Short drive to Lake Erie wineries. 9 miles to Lily Dale. If you like country living this is the place. The camper is located in our back yard facing the woods with a great view. Hiking is welcomed. Small cottage ( app. 400 sq ft ) on large lake front parcel. The rental is the rear cottage with very nice lake front view, quiet neighborhood and large yard. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.
