Big feel in a smaller house. Nicely stocked which we appreciated , very comfortable. Enjoyed the back porch and gorgeous backyard.

Aimee’s home was a spaciousness gathering place for 4 friends to spend the weekend together. Because it rained alot one day, we just relaxed at the house. The space was cozy and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay there again.

Farrah is a wonderful host. Very responsive and accommodating to our requests that we needed. Her cottage is amazing… perfect size for my family of 4. Peaceful, relaxing and close to so many things. Great fishing, my son caught his biggest fish to date. He was so excited. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be staying again.

it was a great experience, the host is super friendly and responsive. The place itself perfect, big backyard with the perfect view to the lake Earie. Inside house you can find anything that you need. Definately recommend!!!

The Jamestown area has a lot to do. This rental is a convenient location to everything. Fire pit was ready for us to use for a nice relaxing first night.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

I went during the off-season - it was easy to get to, Joyce was incredibly helpful and kind! Would definitely love to visit again in the future. She was very accommodating and friendly! I loved the whole eccentric vibe of the town and everyone felt very welcoming and friendly.

Awesome stay at Thom’s place! Extremely cute cozy and comfortable apartment for a weekend trip. Checking in was easy. Thom was communicative throughout and gave us lots of local recommendations that we enjoyed. Even enjoyed some homemade baked goods! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We’ve stayed with Leanne several times. Her place is always clean and comfy. She adds the breakfast of toast, eggs, coffee and cream to make it very convenient. The location is perfect-walkable distance to food and several cool shops. We didn’t kayak this time but we have in the past. Looking forward to the next time.

Ryan's place was perfect for what I needed. It was easy to find, check-in, and check out. Ryan was also super responsive and helpful. He pointed to some great food options that were within walking distance. The place was also very clean and well taken care of which was nice. Would be a place I'd consider renting if I lived in the area. Highly recommend if you're traveling alone and need a comfy place to stay that's closer to downtown than any of the hotels.

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and met our every expectation. Although it was a quick trip weekend trip our arrival was seamless. The condo was clean, all towels and bedding fresh. Highly recommend the rental to anyone staying at Chautauqua. The location on the Institute was perfect.

The condo was really very nice. Very new and clean. Amanda helped me immediately every time I couldn’t figure something out. She was very nice. Beds were comfortable and condo had all the cleaning supplies and paper we needed, even a wagon for the beach.
