Our place is called IL CAVOLO NERO. We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

Lara's Little House

The house is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, in the upper part of the city, inside the Medici walls, built by Cosimo de' Medici in 1548, Grand Duke of Florence, descendant of Lorenzo de' Medici. Here the true Elban spirit still survives today. The house is a 40 sqm two-room apartment, with two small bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. It has all the amenities, such as air conditioning, a washing machine, dishes, and a water storage tank if needed.

The Paolina house is a unique environment overlooking a private garden surrounded by mastic trees and myrtle. The outdoor space is very pleasant for dining and relaxing with the song of birds. The Mediterranean scrub that surrounds it and the proximity to the sea make this small property the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Redinoce Beach is 2 minutes away and Paolina Beach is a 10-minute walk. Weekly rental only in July and August

Here you can hear the sound of the sea! Il Vesuvio, a delightful apartment on the mezzanine floor, has been recently renovated and can accommodate 2 people. From the room with balcony you can enjoy the sea view of the Gulf of Procchio and the beach is just a 3-minute walk away. It is suitable in every season thanks to the air conditioners. The nearest town is Procchio and can be reached by car in 5 minutes or on foot in 15 minutes.
