Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Katjas apartment is more equipped than your own home. It has everything you can imagine and more. Everything is high quality. Beds pillows fridge glasses chairs etc etc. Besides, he was very friendly and reachable.

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift of the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the option of early check-in. Everything was clean and the host gave us tips and advice on local attractions. We'll come again!

This place was awesome especially if you are a big group! She let us check in early which was so kind and gave us plenty of keys! The place looks exactly like the picture and the outdoor courtyard was our favorite place in the house. Sandra was super helpful especially for members that arrived later. The location was wonderful for everything we wanted to do.

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The surroundings are perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and almost right outside the front door. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!

What an intimate way to enjoy the bustling town of Dubrovnik! Pictures don't do justice to the charm of this home. It was the perfect place for two families - plenty of bathrooms and cozy common-space. Most importantly, Darko is a gracious host who provided excellent recommendations of how to approach Dubrovnik in the amount of time we had. We felt very welcome and appreciated his great communication. Highly recommend!

Truly exceptional stay — the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! This place was absolutely spotless — everything was pristine and felt so fresh and welcoming. It’s beautifully designed, very spacious, and filled with calming, positive energy. The views of the sea and old town were breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything. They also provided thoughtful touches like toiletries, soaps, black coffee, and tea — such a nice surprise! The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the heart of the old town. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. You could consider being more responsive to messages, especially around check-in. When someone is travelling—like we were, coming from Albania—it’s reassuring to know everything is confirmed. We weren’t sure if the booking was secure, and since we hadn’t heard back from the host, we were worried we might have to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

Ivanka is a truly wonderful host – attentive, incredibly helpful, and always present when needed. The flat itself is perfect: beautifully clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The host family was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time, thanks to them and the lovely apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the bus stop, which was very convenient. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace, which my son absolutely loved—he spent a lot of time playing there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen was very practical and well-equipped. I’d love to come back to this place already.

Had a perfect vacation at Pavicas place! The view was fantastic, swimming outside our door even better. We could have easily stayed on the patio or private dock the entire vacation. Pavica was very friendly and helpful, even shared some special local treats with us and made us feel at home. Perfect central location to explore the island and we enjoyed walking to the great restaurant down the street. Truly paradise, I hope we will be back someday!

A true piece of heaven! The room was perfect, very comfortable and thoughtful — nothing is missing. Everything is there for a memorable stay. Stay too short for us who have only done one night! Veja is an absolutely charming, welcoming and caring host with a welcome drink and delicious cake. The accommodation was excellent, a very well-equipped apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We traveled only with hand luggage, and everything we needed was available in the apartment - bath towels, towels and beach chairs, all beautifully clean and fragrant! We had a washing machine, quality shampoos, conditioners, etc. A spacious terrace and a large table, most of the day is in the shade so you can have breakfast and dinner outdoors. The apartment is in a great location, a couple of bus stops by bus to the old town and 5 - 6 min walk to the beach with a beautifully landscaped promenade full of cafes and restaurants. Directly opposite the apartment is a local shop, and a 5-minute walk away is a market, bakery, drugstore and supermarket. The hosts were wonderful, kind and cordial, always available for any questions, they cared about making guests feel at home. In the fridge, we were greeted by a chilled drink, several types of coffee and sweets. Beautiful vacation, it would be nice to repeat everything!

Just spent 9 perfect nights at Aldos. Superb spacious apartment, spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need. Location was great, Cavtat is a beautiful place. Also helped us arrange a taxi transfer to pick us up when we landed and even took us back ro the airport at the end of our stay. We were really pleased withe nice touches in the apartment. He was very welcoming, even got used to the steep walk up from town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay and well worth a 5 star rating in every respect. Great hosts providing lots of local advice and recommendations. Fantastic location with uninterrupted views and beautiful sunsets. Apartment very clean and comfortable. A beautiful place to spend a few nights in Dubrovnik. It’s a 15 minute taxi ride to the old town, we preferred the quiet location here and beautiful views from the terrace. There isn’t much in way of eateries nearby except a pizza place that is ok ish. The second night we stayed we picked up food from the old town and bought it back to the apartment- the chilled vibe here was just what we needed after a busy few days sightseeing in other parts of the Balkans. The host was kind enough to drive me to the local shop to pick up fruit and drinks etc. Ana treated us to a yummy homemade cake which was such a lovely surprise. We only wish we had longer there!

Sandra, Mato and co were incredibly helpful from the outset, texting and asking if we needed any help or assistance and even offered to organise airport transfers for us. They were there to meet us when we arrived and walked us through the facilities. They even took time to talk us through the local area, restaurant recommendations and food tourist spots. The apartment was everything we needed and was ideally located so we were always close to anywhere we needed to go. I couldn’t recommend this more, we were incredibly happy with our stay.

The villa is a gem. The views are unbelievable, the peacefulness was amazing and there are not enough words for the amount of help Diana gave us. Diana waited for us with fruit, charcuterie board, drinks and home made pastry. She set up all the transportation we requested and gave us suggestions of things to do. She even brought us flour at 9:00 pm so we can make crepes. The only thing that you can’t do is walk to places. So, if you are a walker and want a lot of things to do all day, you might want to pick a different villa. We spent time enjoying the views and peacefulness and had time to go sightseeing.

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)

The place exceeded expectations. So close to everything. Bus. Shop. Beach. Very friendly and easy host. Great pool that was well kept and comfortable. Highly recommend this listing.
