The condo is a studio with a king size bed, two single bed sofa (one below the other), TV, Wifi, A&C, fully equipped kitchen with granite, located on lower level just steps from the biggest pool in the area, ideal to travel with children. Located in Club Cerralvo, an ocean view development, with pool, Gym, poolbar, 3 grill pits, children playground. Walking distance to La Ventana Beach, for Kite and Wind surfing. The Pool will not be available until March 24. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Club amenities include lounging area, dedicated gas BBQ grills, and fire pits. The pool and hot tub have undergone major repairs, completed in April 2024, and are back in service in perfect condition. World class wind sports, trails for mountain biking and hiking, great, affordable restaurants.

The facilities include a communal BBQ area, salt water pool, indoor gym, kids play area and a restaurant with sports TV channels. On the 3rd floor, our condo is a corner unit with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Each bedroom has a matrimonial bed and AC. There are beach essentials: chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels. The kitchen is very well equipped.

La Ventana is an ideal population to rest and enjoy the beach and water sports.

This is a nicely furnished and clean condo that is very comfortable.. There are actually two separate units that make up the two bedroom condo. One is a studio and the other has one bedroom. Great deck that overlooks the pool. Really appreciated the fresh water dispenser in the kitchen. Linda was exceptionally helpful in her communications with us prior to arrival and during our stay. She really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was going to be a good one. It's a great place and Linda made us feel right at home. We hope we can return again soon!.

We LOVED our stay at Linda's condo at Club Cerralvo. We felt very fancy with having rooftop access, easily getting a cabana with a lounge chair by the pool, and having an ocean view! Linda recommended some local restaurants which had delicious food and were friendly and welcoming. You could walk to a cute coffee shop and be at the beach in no time. We truly didn't want to leave and definitely plan to return next year!
