Vacation rentals with beach access in El Rosarito

Pasamos unos días muy bonitos. Está muy céntrico, a pocas cuadras del puerto pero también muy tranquilo y silencioso para descansar. el depa muy cómodo, sus camas cómodas, buenas toallas y agua caliente, y buen aire acondicionado y dos ventiladores. Mónica dejó detalles como agua potable para beber, papel higienico de sobra.. una sombrilla toallones y una bolsa/hielera para la playa. Lo único es que no funcionó la televisión durante nuestra estadía. Fuera de eso todo perfecto.

The place was very secure with all the amenities you could ask for. It was very clean and stocked with towels. The roof top pool and hot tub are beautiful with the best view of sunsets. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. It says it includes a secure parking spot, but they did not provide this. We had to park on the street. Luckily no issues with the street parking, but we had to empty the vehicle everyday. I’d definitely book again.

Perfectly set up for a couple, couples, or a family. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ was there for our use if we wanted. All appliances were new and the convenience of a washer and dryer was appreciated. A great getaway spot. It was our first Air BnB experience and we would do it again. All the locals who Suzanne had help us were friendly and accommodating. The complex is well patrolled so we always felt safe. Even on our one rainy day we were able to keep amused with games and puzzles, all available in the condo. It was very quiet. We never heard any noise from neighbours above

Diana was a great host who was friendly and always quick to respond. We have a little one and she provided essential baby amenities and even included fun beach toys and bouncy balls. The location was a quick drive to downtown or Médano beach. The beach access through The Riu is from 9am-6pm, outside of those times you have to drive to beach access. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as they’re not part of the included amenities — everything else you could need is there! Would stay here again.

This was a great location. Was on the edge of Centro so not to hear bar noise and close to walk to grocery, shops, convenient stores and neighborhood cafes. Apartment was nicely decorated and clean and I appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, wine glasses, beverage glasses, stainless steel pans, etc. The living area was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the air conditioning worked great. The keyless entry was appreciated so there was no need to carry a key around. It was very nice to have the outside space to enjoy in the early evening. Hosts were always quick to respond to questions, help with a special request I had or when there was a small problem with the toilet that needed to be addressed, they took care of it promptly.

This place was absolutely beautiful, I took a solo trip and I felt so safe staying here and very close to everything. There are lots of food places, activities you can book and even a shopping mall to walk around. London's Place was even more stunning in person, everything in this place was amazing! not to mention but the staff here was so helpful and very friendly they helped me get around in taxi/uber and were always checking in on me if I needed anything. The pool here was also amazing very clean and had such a nice view of the marina. I would definitely book this place again.

John’s apartment is lovely! Great views of the ocean and pool. Everything was tidy & worked out great for us. Highly recommend!

Thank you Anna! What a beautiful home & gorgeous setting. The amenities were so amazing it made us feel like we were staying at a resort. The home is in a super convenient spot with the grocery market, restaurants and Starbucks attached to the community, which we loved!! As for the host, she was incredibly responsive at all hours and made this trip seamless. Highly recommend !

We had a wonderful stay at CASA Christine in San Jose del Cabo! This Airbnb was perfect for my husband and me with our two sons, striking an ideal balance between togetherness and personal space. The home’s layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing us to gather comfortably as a group while also providing separate areas for moments of privacy or quiet time. My husband and I come to SJC often, and we will book again! The pool was a highlight—well-maintained and a retreat after a day of exploring. Every function in the home worked flawlessly, from the kitchen appliances to the Wi-Fi, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The cute, vibrant gardens surrounding the property created a serene oasis. The location of CASA Christine is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance to a nearby grocery store, charming local shops, and even the vibrant downtown area of San Jose del Cabo. This made it incredibly convenient to pick up essentials! Highly recommend!

Booked this last minute and Alex was super helpful same with patty from the start of the booking to the end. Only recommendation would be when booking the 2nd gate in is a little hard to push open or work. Will book again.

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

The communication was great. The place was easy to find and the unit had everything we needed. There are some restaurants within walking distance on the beach that were delicious. There is also someone who works independently out of the pool area and can bring you food and drinks. We really did enjoy our stay and did morning walks along the beach and spent a majority of our time in the pool. We rented a car and the marked parking was very easy to access. I will say the only “bad” thing is that there is public beach access nearby and our first night they were partying it up in the beach parking lot until around 11:30pm. We could hear the music inside, but it only happened on Sunday night for us out of the whole week. I was in the front room closest to the front door and could also hear the street traffic, but I know I’m a light sleeper so I travel with a noise cancelling speaker. I slept just fine with that on to drown out the noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Excelente lugar para reservar, volvería a este lugar sin duda alguna, me encantó la atención que tuvimos por parte del anfitrión, y el lugar es muy bonito, tranquilo y relajante. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

Wow! Just wow. Karly's place was absolutely beautiful. The perfect place for a romantic getaway for my partner and I. It looked exactly like the pictures (possibly even better) and felt very private. We woke up to ocean views every day and felt like we were in paradise. We especially appreciated Karly's recommendations and the espresso. The airbnb is stocked with everything you'll need; complex is clean, safe and quiet; and 24 hour security was friendly and wonderful to have. Romero was excellent. We had an amazing experience here and will definitely be back to stay at Karly's place!

Eric’s place was perfect for my wife and I for the 8 days we were there. We absolutely love the Terrasol resort property! It is very safe and quiet but super close to downtown and all the craziness of Cabo! We are definitely going back many times!

Abir's place was above and beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. We had the pool almost all to ourselves a few feet from the patio. Loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. The condo and resort were beautiful and staff was very accommodating.

Very impressed with our stay, the room and view was beautiful!!! Will definitely choose to book this room again if and when we return to Cabo! We loved having a nearby grocery store open 24 hours and multiple pools with one being heated. The patio was large, the decor and furniture were very nice. The host was helpful and we are so happy to have chosen Luis for our airbnb booking.

It was such a treat to stay here, loved the peace and quiet area. Great location not far from everything we wanted to do. Would for sure stay here again when it’s time to go to Cabo again.

The condo looked exactly like it was in the pictures- so don't hesitate to book it if its available because the community and amenities you will have access to is top notch! And how about the view from the beautiful patio!

El alojamiento es muy agradable. Se encuentra muy cerca de la playa y de la zona hotelera en caso de que asistan a algún evento/congreso en algún hotel. La comunicación con Maureen fue muy sencilla y fluida. La hora de llegada fue flexible. Si tuviera la oportunidad de regresar a este departamento, lo haría sin dudarlo.

The place is clean and gorgeous! The furnitures and appliances were good quality. I love watching the sunsets every evening. Comfy beds. Beautiful kitchen. I love the open concept. The interior design was tasteful. There's beach access, took me 10 to 15 min walk to reach the beach. I love that the Ubers can actually pick you up door front. There's a convenience store and pharmacy next door too. Close to downtown Cabo San Lucas by riding Uber 5 to 15 min.
