It was completely renovated in 2019 and has a modern yet cozy flair with a Spanish deluxe touch. The apartment is very bright and has 3 balconies. All of them with direct view to the ocean. It is located in the heart of Benicassim beach (Almadraba) with direct access to the beautiful beach passage with a lot of cafes and only 10min away from the city center by walking.

Spend a few days in our small oceanfront apartment. It is an open space, where there is no room. Second floor with elevator and stairs, newly renovated. Launch in April 2023. There is a double bed and a sofa that converts into another double bed. Ideal for two people, ask if there are more. With an additional cost of 15 euros per person per night The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, kitchen utensils, shower and beach towels, etc.

The stay with Helena was really very pleasant. We felt very comfortable and Helena's cordial treatment contributed to it. They gave us a lot of tips for excursions and restaurants. Helena was always easy to reach and helpful. The apartment is very well located, 5 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to the city. It takes 30 minutes to get to the beach. We always like to walk a lot, so we didn't mind. We'll stay with Helena for a month. For such a long stay it would be nice if the kitchen was better equipped, for example, better knives. It would also be great to have a topper in the mattress. We thank Helena for everything

Flexible check-in, you can bring the car in. Great garden, everything is good, the neighbors' dogs don't bother you, they just bark when you enter and leave the house, which is normal. Everything was great.

Amazing apartment. Everything was very good, clean, tidy and with some details that the owner left us. Jose María was always friendly and attentive in case we needed anything. If we return to the area, we will repeat the place.
