Welcome to this completely refurbished 44 m2 flat with sea views and an amazing sunset in Torrox-Costa (Malaga). The beach is just 50 metres away. You will also have access to two tennis courts (available all year round) and a large communal pool (available from 13th June until 28th September). Various restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. Enjoy the beach promenade in a quiet residential area. The car park is located directly in front of the house.

Modern house with amazing apartments. Nice material choices and comfortable furniture. This apartment is extra beautiful with beautiful furnishings in baskets, rattan and gentle colors natural colors. The ocean-view terrace is the place where you “live” all summer. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, all machine equipment. The beach off is the coast's absolute best beach. 2025 - construction work on the plot next door. Expected to last the entire 2026.

Pool with ocean views open all year round normally; but the agreements of the Community of owners, drought, ETC. may temporarily limit its use. Check with the owner for availability. Oceanfront urbanization (Zona Dunas la Carraca). An oasis of tranquility very close to the services of El Morche and the TORROX-COSTA promenade.
