Magnifico alojamiento a pie de playa en una localidad considerada como la que mejor clima tiene de Europa. Cerca de todos los servicios, restaurantes, comercios, etc. y rodeado de un entorno natural y único. Bienvenidos al paraíso. (Piscina abierta de junio a septiembre)

Welcome to this completely refurbished 44 m2 flat with sea views and an amazing sunset in Torrox-Costa (Malaga). The beach is just 50 metres away. You will also have access to two tennis courts (available all year round) and a large communal pool (available from 13th June until 28th September). Various restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. Enjoy the beach promenade in a quiet residential area. The car park is located directly in front of the house.

Beautiful apartment a pie de playa. New (2020), wonderful sea views and all the amenities. Private parking space. Pool with ocean views open all year round normally; but the agreements of the Community of owners, drought, ETC. may temporarily limit its use. Check with the owner for availability. Oceanfront urbanization (Zona Dunas la Carraca). An oasis of tranquility very close to the services of El Morche and the TORROX-COSTA promenade.

Located very close to the beach and the best establishments in Torrox. It has a closed garage for your car.
