Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

Living room and kitchen in open plan with space for socializing and exit to the large terrace. The private roof terrace is accessed via a staircase from the lower terrace.

You will also have access to two tennis courts (available all year round) and a large communal pool (available from June until September). Various restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. Enjoy the beach promenade in a quiet residential area. The car park is located directly in front of the house.
