Beautiful welcome from Maria despite our delay in arrival. Maria was very flexible, gave us some good restaurant recommendations. The pizzeria right next door is a real plus and excellent. The accommodation is functional, clean, well-equipped. The garage in the basement with direct access is a real plus. Just like the sea across the road. The residence is quiet and safe for the children. What a great peaceful holiday. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

The three of us stayed in the accommodation for one night with a small child before continuing the next morning by ferry. The apartment was ideal for our short stay: well equipped, clean and pleasantly furnished. The proximity to the harbor and the uncomplicated accessibility were particularly practical. Check-in also went smoothly. Overall a very pleasant experience – absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and well-located accommodation in Los Cristianos.

I had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s place. It was beautiful and it was quite even though it was close to the highway. It was nicely located, so I could visit the north and the south of the island quite easily! All in all perfect. When I would go back to Tenerife I would definitely go here again :)

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!

Just returned from a lovely stay at Julios place. Julio is a fantastic host, always available and he contacted us several times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is in a great location, nice and central and in a nice quiet complex, we felt very comfortable and safe here. The transfer time is only around 10-15 mins from airport which is great and a taxi cost us around 30 euros We would definitely return

This place looks better than it does on the pictures, it has everything you need and the location is very peaceful and beautiful. The swimming pool was perfect as it was heated aswell. Would defo recommend this villa and have nothing bad to say about it. Thank you Anthony for a very lovely stay!

Had a very nice stay. The tranquility was particularly beautiful. It was a bit too cold to use the pool. I would have liked a heater or a radiant heater for the living room during my stay in January, because especially in the evening it was a bit cold without heating.

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

The stay at Manu's place was 10, super attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to disconnect and you have a vehicle to move around the island, it is in a very quiet neighborhood and I loved waking up in the morning and listening to the birds singing around. The cleanliness was spotless and all the furnishings are new. We will certainly return, thank you Manu for everything.

It’s a very beautiful place. Very good located if you have a car and looking for a calm stay but still want to reach some nice spots very fast. The place itself is amazing, you got everything you need, enough space and everything is super clean. We can highly recommend!

The house is not very big, but it was clean and well organized. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The only thing is that there are no blinds and too much light comes in in the morning.

Great stay! The apartment is in a perfect location – very central and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was clean, comfortable, and had all listed amenities. A few glasses hadn’t been properly cleaned, but we just washed them ourselves. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, though it closes at 6pm and has a few rules (no music or inflatables), and there’s a €3 daily fee to use the loungers. However, there are loungers at the apartment and it’s very close to the pool, so it wasn’t a big issue -we just preferred to be poolside. There’s no air conditioning, so it got a bit warm, but the fans provided helped. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

PRO: comfortable apartment a stone's throw from the nightlife of Las Americas and the sea. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view. Functional kitchen with everything you need. Clean bathroom with a washing machine and bidet. Very professional host. CON: difficult to find parking. Given the proximity to the clubs at night, you can hear the music until late (it didn't bother us, but for those who want to go to bed early or are light sleepers, it's good to know) We had a good time, we hope to return one day.

Good morning ! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in Mr. Vidal's apartment for 12 days at the end of April. We found the place very modern, clean , tidy, and functional. It is equipped with all the comforts. The location is great because in a 10-minute walk you can reach all amenities and the waterfront. Also very convenient is the garage for the rented car and the possibility of using the pool. The building is also very clean and quiet, inhabited by calm people. In addition, Mr. Vidal has always been attentive and available to our requests for information. Thank you so much for making our vacation even more enjoyable than expected. Our Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The Apartment is very quite, bright and large. The balcony is amazing, looking out over the harbour and the sea. I would highly recommend if you enjoy, relaxing, sunbathing and sleeping. 5 star
