Excellent location on the beach with magnificent views. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Well-maintained and clean apartment. Area full of bars and restaurants, convenient to the metro a short distance away.

We spent two weeks of family vacation in Pablo's absolutely gigantic apartment. The location and the view were unbeatable. The view takes your breath away. My vacation highlight: enjoying the sunrise with a coffee on the balcony! That's all it takes... As soon as you leave the house, you are practically on the beach. In our opinion, the apartment is located on the most beautiful beach section in Benicassim. Very great for children to bathe, as the water goes in very shallow and was already really warm in May. There is also a playground and a climbing tower right on the beach within walking distance. Everything necessary was available in the apartment, even beach toys and a parasol could be used. My husband also got his money's worth and was able to do wonderful skydiving in Castellon. Communication with Pablo was great, very friendly, very helpful. We felt very comfortable and want to come back :)

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

A wonderful person, she has always been attentive and very kind to us!! The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and homey, quiet area and very close to the beach! I definitely have to come to Valencia, I won't hesitate to come to this accommodation.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

The furnishings of the house are very stylish and appealing. The existing space is used very cleverly. The highlight is certainly the roof terrace... overall we felt very comfortable

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

A stay couldn't be better! You feel at home. Very friendly welcome and perfect communication before and during the stay with the host. It is fully furnished. Especially the large terrace with the complete day of sun and shade is wonderful. A nice place less than a few minutes walk from the beach. Also an advantage: a spacious car park is included.

Beautiful, cozy, comfortable and clean apartment with sea view on the beach of Patacona with various restaurants. The apartment was warmly decorated and equipped with everything you need.
