The apartment is just like the photos, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The best thing is the balcony view. In addition, check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

A very cozy stay, the apartment is the same as the photos, the location is very good, since it is close to everything, and the hosts are very friendly, I would definitely come back.

Carlos's instructions were clear and he was always available if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos's fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked in a hurry and it just happened to be the day they were going to clean it. Other than that, I would return to the apartment, excellent for couples🥰.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, clean and very tidy. Ideal for getting out of the routine and relaxing for a few days. The view is spectacular, and the surroundings are very peaceful. It has very good connectivity and is close to everything, whether in Reñaca or Con con. Highly recommended. Finally, I should mention that the response time was almost immediate. Super good host.

Studio apartment in excellent condition, with all the amenities described in the publication. Safe and expeditious entry by vehicle, it has swimming pools, one outdoor and one heated. A very pleasant experience. A separate paragraph for Nancy, a lovely and very loving person. Julia, in turn, was always attentive to our needs. We hope to return soon!

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Everything was great!! This is the second time we've stayed in the apartment and everything was excellent!
