This cottage makes for an incredible stay. The views of rolling hills are stunning. The place itself is clean and private and the host is responsive and thoughtful. Worth it!

Beautiful home located close to downtown Folsom. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’d slept in for an Airbnb. It’s separated from the main home by a fence so it’s totally private. The backyard was so beautiful, I only wish they had added some patio furniture to sit outside!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at David's condo. When we arrived we found the place to be in perfect condition and he stocked the place with all the essentials and even some bottles of wine and snacks! David was always available during our stay if we had any questions. He's a super host and we would highly recommend his place to stay in. Thank you David for making our stay very special!

I had the pleasure of spending a week in this amazing space. The location is outstanding, with easy access to restaurants, trails, and history museums. Each day offered new opportunities to engage with the local vibes and natural beauty, while the nearby lake provided a serene setting to swim and meditate with my golden retriever. The home itself was immaculate and tastefully furnished, offering both comfort and charm. Mornings there were particularly special—spent reading beneath a sunny canopy of flowering trees, accompanied by the gentle sounds of birds. Was that a peacock? It was a truly tranquil and restorative experience. I am grateful for this thoughtful and well-maintained space. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a retreat near Lake Natoma/Folsom. :)
