La Paz Home privately located in a brand new area.

Stylish and beautifully decorated brand new home. It’s like your own private resort mins away from Home Depot, Walmart, Airport, as well as a La Paz shopping center that includes new restaurants and bars. Also very close to public and private hospitals. It has a common shared pool and BBQ grill (club house). Our cleaning/sanitizing crew comes multiple times a week to make sure the place meets COVID19 protocols. This place has a private parking/garage for up to three cars with a remote control.

Spacious home with refreshing, private swimming pool for your entire family (up to 10 people) Recently remodeled, on one of the main streets, a straight 10 min. drive to the El Malecón. Has AC in all rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, front patio and backyard with grill and outdoor dining areas. Small store right across the street, and local bakeries nearby. Public transportation is right at the door and will take you to el Centro, a short walk away from the malecón and beaches.

The loft has WiFi and air conditioning. It also has a laundry space and a closed garage for your guest. It is located in a very quiet area, 600 m from a beach perfect for walking and watching the sunset. The boardwalk is 10 minutes away by car, as is the airport. You can use the shared pool at the coasts next door.

The house is located in a quiet, family area, 4 km from the La Paz pier. The house is very nice and perfect for having a good time with family and friends. It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the TV room. It has 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a closed garage for a small/medium car, and best of all: a great patio with a private pool, barbecue, and fire pit. We'll love having you!
