Monthly Rentals in El Astillero

A peaceful and comfortable place. The ac was such a relief from the 90+ temps outside, which made sleeping so comfortable. The first night there was a power outage. We since learned this is very unusual for more than a a couple minutes. But maybe pack a little battery fan just in case. So far it's our favorite spot to stay in Guasacate. Very spacious, peaceful, and secluded.. The stars were beautiful. Ian and Sydney answered any questions we had promptly. 5 stars!

The apartment was in perfect condition with a very spacious kitchen, too bad it was not very well stocked with pots and pans. During my stay there was a blackout in the whole area, the guys promptly provided us with candles and ice for our food. Thank you very much.

Mark is an excellent host and the casita is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. Nicely equipped outdoor kitchen. Great for long term stays. Beautiful location, lots of shade. Friendly neighborhood walking distance from everything. Motos for rent on site. Thanks for the hospitality Mark.

I stayed here for a month and really loved it! It's in a great location, not far from the two main beaches in the area, but also quiet and tucked away. Very tranquil. The house is super clean and has everything you need for a long-ish term stay. Zivile is an excellent host and is very helpful and responsive.
