The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property.
