Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Walking distance: city center, Rhine, chocolate museum, cathedral: 15-20 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants etc.: 10-15 minutes. Köln Messe: 3 stops subway, 15 min. Attention: Price plus 5% "culture tax", charged by the city of Cologne! Only non smokers, please. ❤️

Our home is located on the first floor of our residential building, right in the countryside and yet in the popular Dellbrück district with all the shopping and playground behind the house in the park. Accessible from airport, downtown and trade fair within minutes by public transport Bus and tram stops within easy walking distance. Direct connection to the fair with the KVB line 3, to the city center with the line 18.
