It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. It is also suitable for business stays with a great wifi connection.

Michael is a nice host and was always easily accessible. The location of the place is great, within walking distance of downtown. Very quiet residential area. There is even a small terrace that you can use. The kitchen is somewhat small and narrow. Since I was traveling alone, I still had enough space. A big compliment to Michael for the cleanliness of the apartment. I would come back anytime.

We had a great time during our stay with Mariëlle and Jan! We were received fantastically and during our stay they were also always ready to give us a nice time. The children loved feeding all the animals. Upon arrival we received fresh eggs and fruit and everything was spik and span. The farm shop is also a very nice extra because you always have fresh fruit and vegetables on hand. In short, a TOP stay with sweet and friendly people! We will definitely come back to this great address!

We were there for three days. A really nice house, super newly furnished, great kitchen. The three bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. There is also a guest toilet downstairs. Everything there that you need, there was nothing missing. We were there with two small children and the good thing: there is a playground right in front of the house. That was really good Jolanda and Sam are super nice hosts, always respond when you have questions. We were also allowed to check in beforehand, super sweet. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. Thank you for everything.

Was a fantastic stay! As a few other reviews also indicated, the space was even better than was visible in the photos. Petra is a very friendly and super attentive host, as well as her partner. There is plenty to do and see nearby if you love nature and the house itself is also a very nice place to relax. Definitely also recommended with the dog, who could make perfect use of the fenced garden. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. 4 people, 2 separate rooms in a bungalow with each room a separate bathroom. The host has walked with late arrivals by giving instructions. A super clean space. Bathroom completely shiny! Very quiet nice area with private parking. A supermarket, bakery and drugstore are within a short driving distance. Any tip: hooks for your towels in the room. If we ever have another weekend in Roermond, we will definitely come back!
