Drift off in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, just five miles from downtown Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a mini oven, and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea free.

Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating and rain shower.

There are two bedrooms (double beds) and three sofas in the living room. The house has a heat pump and wood stove.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

Newly renovated villa near forest & sea

Newly renovated villa in a beautiful area with forest, park and beach within walking distance and only 3 km to Aarhus city center. The villa is from 1904 and has been renovated to be bright and welcoming with charming details and delicious materials. From the ground floor there is access to a cozy courtyard with sun and shelter most of the day, an outdoor room for if it rains and a closed backyard with grass and flowers and the very last evening sun.

In the area you will find forests and after a short walk you will arrive at Kaløvig Marina. There is a bus service to Aarhus twice an hour. The house contains a simple kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with the possibility of extra beds for two smaller children.
