My apartment "Glück Ahoi" is located in a quiet yet central location on the island of Borkum and offers the perfect starting point for island tours, beach excursions and bike tours. Restaurants and the town center are within walking distance. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

This nice room is built in a barn has its own shower and toilet. Ten minutes drive to the Wadden Sea. So no beach but dikes with sheep on it. However, a few sprayed fake beaches and the ferry service to Borkum for the real work. Waking up to cackling chickens under your window. Wood-burning stove warmth, with support of electric stove. The price does not include breakfast. Preferably no employees, unless..... Dogs welcome for a small fee.
