Verrassend kleurrijk rijk aan planten gezellige vertrekken en plekjes om elkaar te ontmoeten of juist niet zowel buiten en binnen. Zwemmen in natuurwater voor de deur. Met de bus in 15 min in het centrum van Groningen, op de fiets (beschikbaar) in 25 min. Ontstaan vanuit het feit dat in de afgelopen jaren internationale studenten hier gewoond hebben. De Hostel ligt in Zuidwolde dat tegen de stad Gron aan ligt, met een landelijk karakter en de vriendelijkheid die bij deze kleinschaligheid hoort.

Huisje Otto

Ontdek het schitterende landschap rondom deze lokatie. Samen met 5 accommodaties staat dit knus ingerichte chalet in onze landelijke tuin. Deze staan zo opgesteld zodat je alle privacy hebt. Op het privé terras kan je heerlijk genieten van rust, vogels, ruimte en de zonsondergang. De omgeving is rijk aan mooie wandel en fietspaden. De natuurgebieden Roegwold en Duurswold zijn vlakbij en zeer de moeite waard. De stad Groningen ligt op ongeveer 11 kilometer afstand en is goed te bereiken.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Apartment with sauna

This unique accommodation has its own sauna and bathroom. From May to November, the swimming pool and outdoor shower are open. The apartment is completely new. Coffee and tea are provided, and the kitchen, washing machine and dryer can be used. The apartment is located on the recreation/nature hiking area Kardinge and is 6.5 km from the Grote Markt in Groningen. Bicycle rental is possible if desired. Additional sleeping arrangements (mattresses) are possible in consultation.

LUXE loft

Unfortunately, our apartments are temporarily closed until spring/summer 2026 for a major renovation. They will be modernized, even more luxurious, wheelchair-friendly where possible and as energy-neutral as possible, with improved insulation, sustainable heating systems and modern facilities for lower energy consumption. Stay tuned for our reopening! We are looking for guests who want to stay at a discounted rate to fine-tune the final details.

Geniet van de prachtige, natuurrijke omgeving van deze romantische accommodatie. Het huisje staat samen met 5 andere accommodaties op ons landelijke terrein. Zo opgesteld dat een ieder zijn of haar privacy heeft. Slapen kan op de vide, hier is ruimte voor 2 één persoons bedden, en in de woonkamer op een 2 persoons bed. Deze kan je uitschuiven. Guesthouse Ommeland near Zuidwolde/Groningen

Close to Groningen. With private entrance, private terrace and a bicycle shed. The space has a spacious double bed, bunk bed for 2 people, complete kitchen and private bathroom. It is on boating,/swimming water (canoe for free). Very suitable to explore the province or the Reitdiepdal (eg Garnwerd, Winsum - most beautiful village '20, Zoutkamp).

Cozy cottage with large garden

At the edge of a quiet North Groningen village is our house. With a few steps, you'll stand between the wheat fields, or you'll settle into the hammock between apple and plum trees. The kids walk to the playground behind the house in a few minutes! It is an old house with a simple decor, but basically everything is there for a relaxing stay.
