Located near the heart of downtown, our place has a quaint feel with so much to offer. The studio is attached to the house but is completely separated from us. Private entrance and private area with also everything such as bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen which is fully equipped. The studio offers plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. We are close to ORMC medical center located near downtown Orlando. The best part, is that we are only 15 min from Orlando airport!

Charming Orlando Cottage - Close to Everything!

This charming 1920's cottage is the perfect retreat for either a brief stay visiting all that Orlando has to offer, or could be a quiet escape to stay for a few months working remotely. The home has one king size and one queen size bed, a separate office if you are needing to work out of the home. It's a private space but on a larger piece of property that also has two other homes and shares access to a beautiful lake - which our guests are welcome to use! This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

Highly recommend this Airbnb! We will be booking again for our next trip. Mark and Kim were fantastic hosts! Their home was perfect for our extended trio and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent communicators and made us feel so welcome! Location and neighborhood was perfect for nice walks and close to everything. The home was nicely designed and very clean!

We were very comfortable in Glen’s house and all our needs were anticipated. The bed and linens provided a very comfortable nights sleep. The house was spacious and clean and a happy environment. I loved to sit out and enjoy the screen porch at night and in the morning. Thanks for everything.

The place was perfect whether you have a one night day or multiple nights. The location I felt was also great. Close to downtown and surrounded by a number of other places that one might need while on a trip. Also pretty great that there is a coffee shop right next-door.

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

We had definitely a great stay at Diogenes’s place. Very easy to find, quiet, peaceful lake view in the back and tons of sunlight in the apartment. We spent most of our nights on the balcony. Place is awesome would definitely stay again! Thank you Diogenes !!
