Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit sports a full kitchen, king sized bed, 2 firm king pillows, 2 soft king pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, and dish soap are provided.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. All communication was very quick and effective, and the host was always kind and helpful. Everything is new, spotless, and cozy. You’ll find everything you need to feel truly at home. If I had to make one small note, it’s that the bed makes a bit of noise, but nothing that affects sleep or comfort. The location is great — just a few minutes from Orlando’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent experience!

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Just the kind of vacation I needed to get me through the rest of my year 🌴 Our host was very kind and responded very quickly! Book a stay here!

Had to spend a week in Orlando for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and wanted to look for a space that felt like home and also had a vacation feel! Lynn and Tod’s place was just that! The backyard was absolutely JUST as pictured. Absolutely beautiful and so relaxing after a long day at tournaments. The place had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and at home! Will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

The place was super nicely decorated and totally clean! From the space, it is definitely sufficient for 2 people. Also in the kitchen there is everything you need. Overall, we are completely satisfied with the accommodation & would book it again :)

André is very kind and welcoming! He is very responsive and answers any and all questions I had. His listing is private, clean and perfect for a getaway. Neighborhood is calm. My dog was able to enjoy this stay with me as well. Pool is soo nice. I will definitely book this stay again. 10/10.
