Beach condo vacation rentals in Edgewater Gulf Beach

The condominium was as described, very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. Megan was wonderful always quick to respond to all my questions . I would definitely like to return in the future.

We will definitely be staying here from here on out! The location is perfect and the covered parking garage was a major plus!

Great host, the apartment was perfect for us - comfortable, fabulous views from all rooms, and everything we needed with amenities. The condo building itself is clean and well maintained, as is the beach. Super impressed all around!!

I’ve had only a few abb experiences and this will set the standard going forward! The host availability, communication and response time was perfect pre trip to help me prepare and while here. I love being so close to the clear beautiful water with easy access to the white clean sand! All gates have codes providing a very safe and private feel. Having reserved chairs daily is a definite bonus here! The chair guy checked on us regularly. Pool looked nice and fun- never used. The restaurant on site has good food and beverages. A convenience store right on sight has it all. Spacious clean rooms and balcony. I used the kitchen daily! Garbage shoot was close by:) The temperature was always comfortable as I don’t like to be hot inside. Shower water was good! We preordered our groceries from Walmart no problem with delivery! This area/beach was family friendly, peaceful and much more laid back then further in towards town but everything I need was only 15/20 min away🤩 I would recommend!!

My family ended up booking with Trent and Neica very last minute due to some issue with another host. Neica was quick to respond and let me know it was available for the days we needed. She also checked in throughout the week to make sure we did not need anything. The condo feels like home and has everything you need from kitchen utensils and supplies to beach toys and chairs. The condo was spotless and very well taken care of. This was my second time staying in this condo and I will continue to book with Trent and Neica!

Carla’s space is pristine! The view of the gulf absolutely stunning! We had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen for all my cooking needs, and a beautiful setting to relax and unwind. We would definitely come back!

We had an absolute blast! I honestly cannot say enough about how sweet and responsive the hosts are. The place is awesome. Location is as perfect as you can get. 12 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is on the 20th floor that gives great views of the beach and water below. A beautiful place to stay with plenty of spacious room!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

Carrie’s place was exactly as described. Great location, took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of furnishings. Would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!! - The Haney’s.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

If you are thinking of booking this condo, do it! You will not regret it, it was so nice to be able to get there and park and be able to walk to EVERYTHING we needed.

The condo was nice and roomy. The favorites with our family were the spacious balcony and the large dining room table. It was nice to have 4 bathrooms too. Lisa was amazing to work with. She responded quickly with our questions. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was as described. Easy access to the pool and beach. The views from the condo were outstanding. The condo itself was beautifully furnished, comfy and made for a relaxing vacation.

My husband and I rented this place for 3 nights. We had never been to the area, and my daughter and her family were staying a few blocks down, and actually found this for us as she knows the area. This place was perfect for us and within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. There were 2 pools and my grandchildren absolutely loved the “big bathtub” as they called it. It was perfect for them, they’re 2 and 4. The place had everything we needed and the bed was quite comfortable, always a plus! Sarah gave good recommendations and was very quick to answer any questions. We would highly recommend staying here!

Wow! This condo was beautiful. Well thought out layout, especially for families with little kids. The view from the moment you walk in is breathtaking. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed and it made it easy to feel like home away from home. Convenient location to many attractions and restaurants in the Panama City Beach area. We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!
