Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Edgewater

Great location, less that 10 minutes to Walmart. We drove the golf cart from the house to Flagler and the beach, and it was less than a 10-minute drive. They have a large privacy gate at the drive that helps with privacy if that's a concern. Beautiful place, great location with easy access to everything. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Some friends and I stayed here for a couple of days and absolutely loved it! The place looked cute in pictures but even better in person. Everything was super clean and the beds were comfy. The pool area was so nice to lounge in and a great vibe at night with the lights. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Cyndi for having us.

Cindy is an amazing host. She was very flexible on a last minute reservation and made it easier on us to visit family for a funeral with flexible checkout times. We really appreciate Cindy for everything she did for us.

Five stars for The Lou, an early 1900s historical home with passionate owners, thoughtfully laying stones in a beautiful mosaic of restoration. My 15 y.o. daughter and I enjoyed 5 delightful days here and can't wait to return! The Lou exudes enduring beauty and is located a stone's throw from Canal Street and just a quick ride to Flagler and the beaches. Our home away from home was the upstairs 2/1, a tastefully decorated and well appointed space with comfy beds and crisp linens, a sleek new kitchen and AC that will make you reach for more covers. The 4 beach chairs and umbrella were also nice touches. I admire the integration of the old and new elements. Historic homes have nuances; embrace The Lou's! Historic homes deserve respect and care and it is obvious both are happening here. We felt safe and comfy, certainly rejuvenated when we departed and look forward to our next stay. The hospitality we experienced was remarkable!

This place was beautiful!! From all the natural light to the house decor and activities there was something to admire/engage with everyday. Great location with everything we needed to eat or keep busy within a 25 minute range along with a bait shop down the road to enjoy fishing out back. We already cant wait to come back here thank you again to the hosts!

Everything about our stay was great! The host had everything we needed down to bandaids in a fully stocked first aid kit. The whole experience was exactly what we all needed to reset and the home was beautiful. And the kids really enjoyed the pool and all of its toys.

Nice little place to stay for a night or two. Super clean and put together.

This was my 2nd stay because I enjoyed the 1st stay so much. I love the location, walkable to downtown Sanford. Always responsive to messages. Very clean and secure. I would recommend if your Central Florida travels bring you to downtown Sanford.

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was a couple blocks from the beach and easy to get to restaurants and other activities. The property itself was very nice and it was a quiet area. We ran into a couple people that helped the owners out with their property and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we had no occasion to talk to the owners, they obviously took pride in their property and were quick to get back with correspondence. The property looked exactly like the pictures and we had very nice stay.

Very nice people and animals, convenient for stays while I take my fur baby to Florida Wild Vet for treatments. Quiet place to work during the day. Quiet place to sleep at night. Well stocked kitchen and very convenient to all necessities.

This is definitely worth the stay for 2-3 people. Very clean and updated. Host was super nice and helpful! Within walking distance of a few good restaurants and bars and short drive to more.

Loved this little bungalow! Was very cute and had everything you needed. It being that close to the beach was perfect.

Stayed for 3 nights, comfortable condo, well equipped. clean. huge TV, spacious master. . the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, grills, chairs and tables) were all great. under building parking is helpful, especially in the summer! the condo is right across the street from the beach. which is wonderful! But know the walk from condo to beach, especially with beach stuff, requires a beach cart! a few needs, no dealbreakers, just things to note... the front door lock is not easy to use, needs fidgeting to get key to work a second key would be helpful. AC unit is noisy in second bedroom. I'd stay again. thanks for sharing your place with us, Jeff.

Beautiful spot in a beautiful town

Efficient, tidy, well-appointed and a short elevator ride to the beach. I’ve stayed in bigger rentals but most weren’t half as well appointed as this unit. Updated, everything you need for the beach and great bath towels. we were able to make breakfast, lunch and dinners. A great, convenient spot for a beach vacation. Highly recommend

I’m going to tell you everything you need to hear. I ubered here from SFB. It was only $67. Plus tip, of course. I didn’t rent a car because everything you need to do is literally right here, if you’re here for beach activities. This location is everything. And they made sure we had everything we needed, right down to the mini bottles of wine that took care of my nervous energy. Thank you for everything! If I’m ever in town, without a doubt, I’ll look here first.

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

Fantastic!!! Everyone needs to come back to Daytona! It was my first time staying here (I’ve driven through before) and there should be a lot more tourism for what the area has to offer. The beaches were beautiful and SO clean. The condo backs up to the beach which was AMAZING! Kelly’s condo was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. There’s so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Kelly thought of all of the details. Can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!
