Beautiful place to stay. At walking distance of all major attractions, like the Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, the beach itself, an iHop and many more stuff! Great little house for a family or friend group.

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Great, cozy home exactly as advertised. My parents stayed here for almost a week, and had never used airbnb until this time. I'm glad this was their first experience, because they loved it. Tiffany was always responsive too, which was a huge bonus. Thank you!

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

Kimbra's place was wonderful from start to finish. Location was wonderful. House was very clean. Close to beach and grocery store and restaurants were close. Area was peaceful and quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Communication was great with quick response. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Beautiful place, beach is beautiful, easy to get to. The pools are clean. Beds slept good! Everything was very clean. Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again ❤️

Everything was pretty much as described. Very well stocked. Felt like “our place”. When time permits I’m sure we will be back! The pool and beach access is perfect. The parking passes are on the counter area. The wrist bands for the beach and pool are inside and extras are in a drawer in the kitchen area. (We were dumb - looking all over 😆)

Lisa's place was just beautiful! The condo was very clean, had great amenities, it was close to everything and was walkable to the ocean. We went to the pools every day and they were clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back. Thank you Lisa. ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anthony is a great host — very responsive and attentive! His Airbnb is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing small meals for the family, which was very convenient during our stay. The only challenge was that the building elevator was under maintenance, and the surrounding common areas are a bit run down — though this in no way reflects the quality of Anthony’s place itself. Inside, it’s a welcoming and cozy retreat. Would definitely stay again!

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

Sharon was very communicative from start to finish! She always went the extra mile to make sure my stay was perfect. The condo is fully furnished with lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The Surf Shack is in a great location, right off of Flagler Ave, and was super clean, well appointed, and very well stocked. Beautiful views from the large sliding glass doors, and also from the balcony. The heated pool was perfect after a day on the beach! The sun and moon rises were amazing as well as all the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. The pelicans flying at arm’s length were equally astounding. The were so many little pleasantries to enhance our stay that made us feel so special. Although we didn't need anything from the host during our stay, Tania was super friendly and always very responsive to any communication. Not only would I recommend Surf Shack to others, but I will visit again anytime I am in the area! Thanks again for a making us feel so at home.

We have been traveling together to New Smyrna Beach since 2015, I believe we missed one or two years, and by far Kate's was our favorite vacation spot. Everything about the condo was awesome. Everything in the description was exactly as described. We always look for a 1st floor unit, oceanfront, with easy access to the beach. Kate's condo checked all the boxes. Kate was so amazingly responsive, it was as if I was catching up to an old friend that I hadn't talked to in a while just picked right up where we left off. I highly recommend considering Kate's place, it's truly perfect! We'll be back Paul Syracuse, N.Y.

This is our second time staying here. My Husband and I love this house and the convenience to the beach. The beach is clean and the water is great. There are so many restaurants close by. We love everything about staying here and will definitely be coming back. Thank you both

From the beginning Barry was very communicative and helpful. Even when an issue out of his control came about prior to getting there, he made us aware and offered compensation or cancellation. It put us at ease when renting from him. The place was beautiful and had modern amenities and small touches that were appreciated. Charging outlets in the nightstands made using electronics very accessible. Instructions were clear and Barry responded quickly to messages. Definitely one of the nicest condos we have rented in Daytona. Would recommend to friends and family.

This beach front condo was amazing! Close to the pool and private beach are steps away. The condo is super cute and comfortable. Master bed was very comfortable! Plenty of little extras to make the stay comfortable. We will absolutely return!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at New Smyrna Beach. We stayed in unit 201, of the Southwind Condos. The condo was decorated beautifully, it was fully stocked with everything we could need, and it was very clean. The view from the condo was amazing. We had an ocean view from almost every window and we were only steps away from the beach. Our host Martin was very informative and made everything so easy. He communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. Martin made checking in and out so easy. He also made sure to keep us updated on any possible issues that might arise during our visit. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone who is vacationing in New Smyrna Beach. I look forward to staying there in the future. So many fun things to do in the area and great restaurants to eat at. Thank you Martin for being an amazing host.
