Some friends and I stayed here for a couple of days and absolutely loved it! The place looked cute in pictures but even better in person. Everything was super clean and the beds were comfy. The pool area was so nice to lounge in and a great vibe at night with the lights. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Cyndi for having us.

Danielle’s place was the perfect spot to stay for our family vacation! The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was only a short drive to many different beaches. Danielle was great to work with; very responsive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Cindy is an amazing host. She was very flexible on a last minute reservation and made it easier on us to visit family for a funeral with flexible checkout times. We really appreciate Cindy for everything she did for us.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy Erica’s place but it was a spontaneous trip there for work. Our little 10 m/o guy enjoyed the home feel as did we. He especially loved the space to roll around in his walker. The photos are the exact way as the layout/set up of Erica’s home. Beautiful spot and the area was very quiet. Quick drive to the beach- 15 min. We enjoyed being away from the noise and traffic. Thank you Erica!

Five stars for The Lou, an early 1900s historical home with passionate owners, thoughtfully laying stones in a beautiful mosaic of restoration. My 15 y.o. daughter and I enjoyed 5 delightful days here and can't wait to return! The Lou exudes enduring beauty and is located a stone's throw from Canal Street and just a quick ride to Flagler and the beaches. Our home away from home was the upstairs 2/1, a tastefully decorated and well appointed space with comfy beds and crisp linens, a sleek new kitchen and AC that will make you reach for more covers. The 4 beach chairs and umbrella were also nice touches. I admire the integration of the old and new elements. Historic homes have nuances; embrace The Lou's! Historic homes deserve respect and care and it is obvious both are happening here. We felt safe and comfy, certainly rejuvenated when we departed and look forward to our next stay. The hospitality we experienced was remarkable!

This place was beautiful!! From all the natural light to the house decor and activities there was something to admire/engage with everyday. Great location with everything we needed to eat or keep busy within a 25 minute range along with a bait shop down the road to enjoy fishing out back. We already cant wait to come back here thank you again to the hosts!

Everything about our stay was great! The host had everything we needed down to bandaids in a fully stocked first aid kit. The whole experience was exactly what we all needed to reset and the home was beautiful. And the kids really enjoyed the pool and all of its toys.

This was my 2nd stay because I enjoyed the 1st stay so much. I love the location, walkable to downtown Sanford. Always responsive to messages. Very clean and secure. I would recommend if your Central Florida travels bring you to downtown Sanford.

This is a great place to stay. Close to everything. Easy free parking, pool and beach access. Daniel has thought of everything even including beach chairs and umbrella. Was exactly as pictured and described. If I ever go back to Daytona Beach again, would definitely try to stay here again.

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was a couple blocks from the beach and easy to get to restaurants and other activities. The property itself was very nice and it was a quiet area. We ran into a couple people that helped the owners out with their property and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we had no occasion to talk to the owners, they obviously took pride in their property and were quick to get back with correspondence. The property looked exactly like the pictures and we had very nice stay.

Cannot say enough good things about Harry’s home—so peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. Every detail serves to welcome visitors. We would love to return for a longer stay.

I was so fortunate to find this rental. It is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and I felt safe in the rental as well as walking to the beach for the sunrises. The rental was accurately depicted in the listing. The suite was spacious and I felt very comfortable. The suite has its own private entrance and easy access. The price was very reasonable and the location was easy to find and allowed me to walk to the beach to view the beautiful sunrises. The suite was extremely clean. Furnishings were comfortable. Dawn was a great host. She was proactive and always responded. The personal touch of the baked goods and bottled water was welcoming. I had snacks and breakfast from these baked goods while I stayed. Dawn's informational sheet had important information on the easiest access to the beach as well as restaurant recommendations. Would recommend this rental. I'm glad I found it!

This is definitely worth the stay for 2-3 people. Very clean and updated. Host was super nice and helpful! Within walking distance of a few good restaurants and bars and short drive to more.

Beautiful spot in a beautiful town

Efficient, tidy, well-appointed and a short elevator ride to the beach. I’ve stayed in bigger rentals but most weren’t half as well appointed as this unit. Updated, everything you need for the beach and great bath towels. we were able to make breakfast, lunch and dinners. A great, convenient spot for a beach vacation. Highly recommend

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room had all the amenities we could need, the host was very attentive and responded quickly, and the location was nice. Would definitely book again in the future.

The pictures we saw did not show how spacious this condo was. The condo was clean and fresh when entering. Everything was organized. The closet provided plenty of hangers. The only thing we missed was a luggage rack. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Peter....

Stacey’s place was perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood was quiet, and the quick walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and while we didn’t use them, the beach gear in the closet was a nice touch. Great location in NSB!
