We picked Brett’s home because it has everything we needed and the location is perfect. It was bigger than the two of us needed and therefore a little pricier than a one bedroom, but the one bedroom listings did not offer everything we wanted and this home delivered. An included parking spot was very convenient too.

Love your place. The owners are available and very helpful. The neighborhood is very nice—great location, etc. Our only request would be a handrail to go up the steps into the house. As seniors, we really need handrails. However, we love staying in your beautiful unit and will definitely stay there again when we come back to Chicago. Thanks again for a great stay.

As mentioned above, Soon was quite responsive, messages returned almost immediately. Excellent self checking instructions. The unit was comfortable, bed was small for two adults though. Could use more cable channels on TV e.g. CNN. Kuireg was a nice touch. He takes care of his front yard with flowers, etc. Having a space in the garages a plus. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. I would stay there again.
