Great place to stay. the bedrooms had lovely big ensuites and the kitchen was well stocked. balcony is lovely to sit on as well as the outdoor furniture I am a lover of a soft bed, and pick places that look lovely to sleep in so that's the only thing I can fault is that of the mattress. You can feel the springs through the top layer and could hear the springs as you moved. The other bedroom had a really firm mattress. otherwise great place to stay.

A delightful surprise! The amenities, stunning views, and tranquil surroundings offered everything we could hope for in a perfect retreat!

Our family enjoy staying at David's so much we have been back 4 times. The pantry is well stocked. The living areas are large and comfortable. Undercover parking and a covered clothes line make dealing with wet season rain easy. There is also a good size internal laundry with a washing machine and separate dryer. All the bedrooms are a great size and the beds are comfortable. David's home is in a wonderful location. If you feel like a short walk the botanical Gardens and cafes are only minutes away. It's also only short drive to many of Cairns best attractions including the Sky rail and scenic railway, aquarium and lagoon. The location is also ideal, if you want to explore a little north of Cairns and visit Port Douglas, Mossman or the Daintree. You will also be well placed to vist Hartley's, and have an up close breakfast will the koalas. David's place is easily the best value in Edge Hill.

From the moment we arrived, Ari was there to welcome us and walk us through everything. He is a fantastic host and made the stay extremely enjoyable. His suggestions of things to do with our family was great and even helped us with bookings of local attractions. Make the most of everything he suggests and offers as he was even able to score us better pricing than anywhere we could find for the island trip! We will definitely be back! Great place for our family. Lots of spaces for everyone to spread out and not feel over crowded. A very clean and tidy home with lots of character. Beautiful walks through the Botanical gardens nearby and only a short drive into the city. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Craig was an excellent and well experienced host. The house was spotless and generous with all the items that make you feel at home. The pool is stunning.

Enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. It was quiet, peaceful and comfortable place with well equipped kitchen, and laundry. Close to the botanic garden, and necessary grocery shopping was within walking distance. Good host. Communication was prompt and helpful.

Great communication and flexible host. Location was great, beach front and just 25min from Cairns. Aircon and bed were good and the place was clean. My only recommendation would be not to have breakfast at the hotel, but somewhere else (not under the host control anyway)

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Shan’s place, and wish we had booked longer! Shan provided easy to follow information, and everything was exactly as described. Extremely clean and comfortable! A lot more spacious than we expected, and my border collie had lots of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful breeze on the balcony..he was very happy! The rain head shower was amazing!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook or order in, with quality fittings. The location is perfect, and we felt very secure in this lovely building and surrounds. We had plenty of off street parking, which is a great help. We are definitely visiting again soon and highly recommend Shan’s place for a relaxing and comfy stay! Thanks Shan!

Our recent stay in Cairns was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was due to our incredible hosts and the amazing view from the property! The view truly was stunning. What truly set this experience apart was the hosts' proactive and helpful nature. They went above and beyond, assisting us in resolving an unexpected issue that could have completely derailed our plans, allowing us to fully enjoy our final day in Cairns. The surrounding area offers a wealth of outdoor activities, and we discovered some truly phenomenal restaurants. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cairns!

Great location, close to shops, transport and even had their own convenience store within the apartment block.

Great place to stay, easy access to town and Edge Hill for coffee and walks. Nice to see friendly dog Callie for visits on the balcony.

Highly recommend Anne's place. A fabulous apartment in a gorgeous Resort! The spa on the balcony was a luxury and so wonderful! Absolutely cannot wait to go back and stay at Anne's place at the Peppers Resort in the beautiful Palm Cove.

I had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s apartment at 201 Lake Street, Cairns. The place was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing visit. It had everything I needed for a great stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. The building also had a pool and secure parking, which were great bonuses. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Esplanade, restaurants, shops, and the marina. Andrea was very easy to deal with—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the booking and stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

Great place to stay inside a good resort. Bec’s place was everything we expected, quiet room and location, good space, spa was great and shower had pressure like you never see. Would be back again no worries !

Andrew’s apartment is amazing, and a great find. It is furnished modern and extremely clean, and has lots thoughtful extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Any communications we had with Andrew were responded by him promptly. The location is quiet, yet very close to amenities. We would highly recommend this property, and certainly will look to rebook when we are back in Cairns.

This is such a beautiful unit & location, we only used it for two nights coming back from Japan. The block out blinds were amazing after our overnight flight to have a morning rest. Such great facilities, 3 bedrooms with super comfortable beds & linen. The 2 bathrooms were handy with 5 adults & a 6 month old baby too. The coffee machine was a delight after being in Japan with their coffee. Such a relaxing outdoor veranda to drink coffee in the morning & have snacks in the afternoon looking over the pool. The area is quiet & the unit is well stocked & decorated that you feel at home. The guys were easy to communicate with our early morning arrival, leaving lights on & ensuring we had room for two cars which was very thoughtful. We definitely will use this unit again for a longer stay.
