In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment "Ausguck" in Petersfehn. The apartment was completed in August 2018 and impresses with its cozy character in the attic. The modern maritime furnished apartment has two bedrooms. The apartment was newly renovated in September 2024. Outside there is a playground for holiday children in front of the house as well as in our courtyard on our shell bed a large table as well as a beach chair for our guests.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
