We will provide the first floor of a two-story two-family home. We have just renovated the house, so the bathroom, kitchen, toilet and living room are all new. It is a convenient location for those who want to use it as a base for sightseeing in Hakone or Kamakura, exploring the area, watching various sports (J league, B league, professional baseball, athletics, beach volleyball) and participating in competitions, as well as for remote work, and we recommend using it as a multipurpose space. We also provide cooking utensils for those who want to cook. There is a supermarket that sells fresh ingredients nearby, so you can also enjoy doing your own cooking. It's best to use it as if it were a villa in Hiratsuka. Although the COVID-19 pandemic is in a state of contraction, we continue to receive guidance from the health center, and at the same time, due to the impact of the war in Ukraine, we also receive guidance from the police as a counter-terrorism measure. There are many Zen temples in Kita Kamakura.This [Sumika Exploration House] is located in the mountains by small paths and stairs. Outside the large window is the ginkgo and the mimiji.You can see fresh greenery in spring, plenty of leaves in summer, yellow leaves and autumn foliage in autumn, and Ofuna Kannon in winter.
