Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Fantastic 3bedroom/2bath lakefront home. The private dock is perfect for catching dinner, launching your kayak or floating like a bobber. Bring your boat, minutes from a boat ramp or marina. Bait shop and kayak rentals and less than 5min away. 2 private driveways. 2hr from Atlanta, 2.5hr from SC This is a perfect family getaway. Excellent location. We are located on a quiet street, so no parties, events or functions are allowed. Must be 25yr or older. Has Putnam County STR License

The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

This cottage was wonderful. Lots of lake equipment and games were provided. It was just as described and the view and location were amazing. We really enjoyed hanging out on the patio, fishing off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding-All of which was provided by our host. It was all things advertised large, comfortable, clean and great getaway spot.

Great place to stay for a getaway, right down the road from the twin bridges landing and directly across on water. Close enough to go to any store. Quiet and peaceful. With any problems we had they were quick to make it right. Would definitely start again.
