Family-friendly vacation rentals in Eastpoint

House was very nice! Kitchen was pretty small, but well stocked with necessities for cooking. Walk to the beach could be a bit much when carrying chairs and stuff back and forth.

We loved our stay! The view is spectacular. Our family loved going out to the dock at low tide to explore. Screened in porch was fantastic. Home is comfortable. We did have to drive for the beach but there are several nearby and wasn’t an issue for us.

Excellent location near beach access and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows and bedding. Flexible parking.

Earl’s place is recently renovated (following a hurricane in the area last fall). It is a beautiful three bedroom, three and one-half bathroom unit. All the beds are comfortable .... which is not always the case with Airbnb units. There are two screened porches/decks that make sitting outside at night a real delight. The full kitchen made preparing some meals at home very easy. There is a public access bay beach about 1/2 mile away and gulf beaches within about 15 minute drive. We kayaked and walked and played in the sun and water. Although we did not meet Earl during our stay- he was always quickly available by text or phone. I would love to return to Earl’s unit at Port St Joe.

Loved the private feel of the beach and the beautiful views from all the bedrooms and living room area as well as the decks! I would recommend this home! Also loved that the home and beach is pet friendly! Thank you for making our stay great!

Great family location, had a rental company drop off beach, chairs, kayaks, and umbrellas, right at our doorstep! The house is beautiful. The scenery is beautiful.

Loved the location near the water, overlooking the pool. The townhouse was clean and functional. The screened in porch was great to enjoy the breezes and relax. Thank you for sharing your your townhouse.

Great location, perfect size/fit for our family of 3. Well equipped and clean enough. You wake up to a beautiful sunset on the bay. The surrounding is calming, peaceful, yet full of exciting (wild)life.

We stayed in this home while our house was being built. Sharon’s home was fantastic! We loved seeing the dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and fish everyday. We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene, but Sharon stayed in contact with us the whole time! We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Wakulla county area!

While the place isn't fancy, it is an actual houseboat after all, it was awesome. Comfortable bed but views to die for and you are literally having you morning coffee, watching the sunrise and are literally 1 foot from the water. The river is a very active one...we saw manatee, gators, gar and hundred of mullet jumping out of the water. the best was the shrimp boats at dusk...you really have to experience this place. and ps. walking distance to downtown Apalachicola is a real bonus

This house is exactly as advertised. It has plenty of dishes/cookware for your stay. The decor and layout of the home is very attractive and relaxing. Communication and response to questions/needs was timely and efficient. The relaxed beach atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. I hope we will be able to visit again soon.

We loved everything about our family stay at Sweet Oblivion, from the accurate description of the space and amenities, to the cleanliness, to the uncrowded beach. 5 Stars all around. We'd definitely go back!

Mr. Elwood’s place is wonderful. A rustic, serene and private spot. It’s definitely a more homey feel than most other places. My friends and I were down here for a girls trip and had actually had a different place rented when we found out it was a scam upon arriving and were scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. Thankfully this place popped up and Mr. Elwood responded back to my plea quickly, and so understanding and wanting so badly to help us. We will always appreciate what he did for us! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Mr. Elwood! You’re our hero!

Best trip ever! We absolutely loved the house and the pool. Great outdoor area for grilling and family time. My entire family spent a lot of time in the hammock. House decor was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Also the gear credit was so helpful. I ended up not bringing any beach gear and rented it all. So much more room traveling. Our chocolate lab enjoyed his first trip to the beach with us. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful surroundings. Beds were mostly comfortable. Pool was wonderful.

We had seven adults and five children, all family . We really enjoyed the stay and everything was as described . It was just a short walk to the beach , we cooked at home every night and you had everything that we needed. Our older kiddos loved the “Birds nest “ it was perfect for them to read and go to their quiet space. We plan on reserving it for next summer . Thanks for our home away from home .

We had a family gathering where two of the larger families got big houses. This place was perfect for my wife and myself and within walking distance to the other families. It was on a lower level, but that being said we LOVED all the light that came in through the windows. And the place was beautiful inside. All my relatives commented that it’s the perfect little “ couples getaway”.

Awesome place on CSB! Quiet condo community, right on the beach. Has a pool, but is not heated during the winter months. Walkable to Salinas Park (playground, boardwalks, pickle ball courts, etc) and bike able to Scallop Cove and other restaurants. About a 15 minute drive to Port Saint Joe, 5 minute drive to Indian Pass, and 30 minute drive to Apalachicola. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a small group, looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Perfect place to spend with big family and or close friends. Main area on 3rd floor. Bedrooms spread out on 2nd and 4th floor. Beautifully decorated. Will be back.

Seas the Day is the perfect beach house for family gatherings; plenty of space, four suites (plus bunks), private pool, gulf view, and a short walk to the beach. Michelle was proactive in her communication and responded almost real-time to questions. House was spotless and well appointed. We plan on returning whenever I can get the family all together at one time!
