Monthly Rentals in Easton

The rental was in a beautiful location in Franconia. The house was pristine and well equipped. Karon was extremely responsive to any questions. This was our second time staying here and I would strongly recommend it.

This is my third time staying with David at Bear Lodge and it won’t be my last! Absolutely wonderful for many uses. Not only is the location excellent, remote but 20 minutes away from stores and bars and town center but David makes sure to put a bunch of little things around the cabin that really send it the extra mile! The speakers in every wall providing soundtrack, stocked and wonderfully spaced kitchen make for excellent meal times , extensive library that has a hidden gem for everyone, and many spaces to quietly reflect and read your favorite book. This cabin is a hidden gem in the mountains.

Susan was a fantastic host! She's actually my parents' neighbor as well, so we can say she's great in that regard too! We were hosting our wedding at my parents' house and needed and extra bed for members of the wedding party to stay at, so we took advantage of having such a close rental, and it was perfect. She worked with me before I booked and was very communicative. And she got everything all set up before check in and emailed to let us know it was ready. My friend and her husband loved staying there and found everything very comfortable and clean. They loved waking up to the beautiful view and enjoyed the quiet privacy that this space offered. While I didn't sleep there myself, I stopped by (and see the RV all the time!) and can personally speak to what a wonderful spot this is. I also thoroughly enjoyed reading the thoughtful trip details provided by Susan, about the RV and their other property (which also sounds amazing). What a gem!

My husband and I went up for a long weekend to go skiing. It was easy to find and we had quick and easy access to Bretton Woods. We enjoyed going to Littleton and Bethlehem to try out some of the restaurants and breweries. The Airbnb had everything that the two of us needed! We would definitely stay again if in the area!
