Bay Tree is a spacious house in a quiet semi-rural location close to Winchester. Please do not book for a party or loud gathering. There are four bedrooms (six beds) two with ensuites, a downstairs shower wet room, well equipped kitchen, separate utility room and a large lounge/diner. The house has an enclosed private garden with decking & bbq. There is a trampoline for children to play on in the next garden. Towels and linen provided for guest use. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, its in the heart of Southampton City Centre and close to lots of the main attractions! My apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families. This apartment also benefits from secure parking, Wireless internet and a communal garden.

Five miles from both Winchester and Romsey, a fifteen minute walk to the lovely village of Hursley with its two pubs and great walks! Perfect for IBM Hursley, Peppa Pig World/Paultons Park, the New Forest (25 minutes) and beaches (40 minutes). You can be in Southampton with cinemas, bowling, shopping etc in 20 minutes.
